First Appearance: War of Kings#1 (May, 2009)
History:
(War
of Kings#1 (fb) - BTS) - After disabling the Kree Shield barrier
protecting their Empire from outside attacks, the Shi'ar Empire -- led
by Vulcan (Gabriel Summers) and directed by General Ka'arduum --
arranged a number of assaults on Kree worlds. Battlegroup Three began
orbital bombardment of Disradi (as well as Jir-Pon and Feh-Nen).
(War of Kings#1 - BTS) - General Ka'arduum reported this progress to Vulcan.
(Guardians of the Galaxy II#13 (fb) - BTS) - Vulcan had Nega-Bombs used against Kree targets at Disradi, Radius Eighteen, and Tau Sceptre.
The entire population of Disradi was slain by the Nega-Bomb explosion, and the planet was left as "cindered remains."
With the fabric of space/time damaged by the recent Annihilation Wave, a fissure in the fabric of space/time was caused by the Nega-Bomb explosion in the Disradi system.
A large Shi'ar fleet, including Vulcan's star destroer, remained at the edge of the Disradi system, presumably to observe the effects from a safe distance.
(Guardians of the Galaxy II#13) - Adam Warlock -- alongside Drax, Groot, Major Victory, Rocket Raccoon -- transported onto Disradi, which was on the edge of a fissure collapse zone.
Adam Warlock transmuted the bulk of the molten planetoid's mineral content into an ultra-transition metal.
After Warlock and the others teleported away, Disradi fell into the fissure in space, and Disradi and the fissure annihilated each other, much like matter meeting anti-matter; intact space was restored.

The above covers everything we know about Disradi. To the best of my knowledge, its inhabitants were pictured.
