History: (Trial of the Punisher#2 (fb) ) - Owner of a chain of laundromats, Bill Lukash was also the super villain Dodgeball. He was arrested on suspicion of this, but had been acquitted three times, thanks to his lawyer Matt Murdock. After his third acquittal, the Punisher attacked Lukash in his apartment; Lukash donned his gauntlets to defend himself, Murdock, as Daredevil, attempted to defend Lukash, but the Punisher got the better of him and shot Lukash through the head, killing him.
