History: (Spider-Verse Team-Up I#2 (fb) - BTS) - Dr. Noah Boddy escaped prison. After being put back in prison, he escaped again and broke out several other villains in the process.
(Spider-Verse
Team-Up I#2) - While Spider-Man-1610 and Spider-Man-10241 were speaking
with Earth-67's native Spider-Man, Noah Boddy and his allies Electro,
Green Goblin, Scorpion and Vulture attacked the three Spider-Men.
During the battle, the Spider-Men overlooked the invisible Dr. Boddy,
who downed all three with a blast from his Uranium-powered Futuro
Rifle. Gloating aloud that his rifle was not powered by the radioactive
Uranium element but rather, a meteor from the planet Uranus, Boddy
announced that one more blast should kill the Spider-Men, forcing the
criminal underworld to bow down to him. Upon hearing Boddy's
announcement, the Green Goblin argued that it was his right to finish
Spider-Man. When Boddy grew angry and threatened to fire his rifle on
the Green Goblin, Scorpion intervened, announcing that he wasn't afraid
of Boddy's gun. The villains soon began to work out their differences
but Spider-Man-10241 webbed the Green Goblin's ankle, causing him to
trip and fall into Dr. Boddy. Thinking Green Goblin's stumble to be a
sneak attack, Dr. Boddy blasted Green Goblin and Scorpion with his
rifle, only to be downed by Spider-Man-1610, who used his camouflage
ability to disable Boddy. Taking advantage of Boddy's defeat,
Spider-Man-67 and Spider-Man-10241 took down Vulture and Electro and
soon, all of the villains were webbed up for the police.

Earth-67 was a reality similar to Earth-6799 (or the 1967 Spider-Man
cartoon). This reality first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man III#9 and
was designated as such in Amazing Spider-Man III#11. Since the cartoon
reality had already been designated, Earth-67 must be a separate
reality, despite its similarities to Earth-6799. This profile is on the
Earth-67 version of Noah Boddy not his Earth-6799 counterpart.
Since Noah Boddy was invisible and was usually only seen because of his floating gun, it was difficult to find images of him. The main image shows his outline, the image with Green Goblin shows his "floating" gun and word balloon coming from his invisible body and when he was webbed up, his face was also webbed, as seen on the right-hand side of the third image. Also, since he was invisible, it was impossible to determine his eye or hair color.
It was never explained how Dr. Noah Boddy was
invisible. Presumably, his invisibility was granted by technology but
it's possible that in the Earth-67 reality, he could be a mutate,
mutant or Inhuman.
