History:

(Spidey Super Stories#26/2) - Col. Jameson gave Spider-Man flying lessons in a jet trainer with tandem seating. However, a sharp maneuver generated shockwaves that caused a doorway through time connecting to millions of years ago. Intrigued by the bright lights, three dinosaurs wandered through, then the door faded away. Jameson and Spidey landed safely when Jameson received a call about dinosaurs headed to New York City. Spider-Man rushed off to help.

(Spidey Super Stories#30/2 (fb) - BTS) - Considered the best astronaut, Col. Jameson was part of a mission to the moon.

(Spidey Super Stories#53/5 (fb) - BTS) - Col. Jameson collected moon rocks as part of the mission.

(Spidey Super Stories#30/2) - Col. Jameson landed back on Earth. The villainous Kraven, hunting the best in the world, saw Jameson as a prime specimen and entranced him with a hypnotic flash from a pretend camera. Driven away from the landing site, Col. Jameson was then mounted on a display board along with several others considered the top examples of their kind, including members of the Electric Company. Investigating the disappearance of his friends, Spider-Man found Kraven's hideout and, after defeating Kraven, freed the captives.

(Spidey Super Stories#53/5 (fb) - BTS) - Col. Jameson's moon rocks were put on display at the museum.

(Spidey Super Stories#53/5) - J. Jonah Jameson accompanied his son, Col. Jameson, at the exhibition, which was also attended by Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson. Col. Jameson defended Spider-Man's reputation when his father derided him. But the criminal Meteor Man burst in and, obsessed with extraterrestrial rocks, stole the moon rocks. Col. Jameson tried to stop him, but was knocked away and the villain fled while Spider-Man reinforced the damaged ceiling. On the crook's trail, the hero Cat arrived and they formulated a plan to capture Meteor Man by (falsely) claiming that the largest meteorite had been found. Col. Jameson helped at the stakeout at the museum the next day when the returning Meteor Man was caught in the trap.

Comments: Created by Nick Cuti &/or Jim Salicrup (writer), Win Mortimer (pencils), Mike Esposito (inks).

Physical stats (except hair color) are taken from the Earth-616 version, as they look very much alike.

Unfortunately, he showed no such capabilities as his Earth-616 counterpart in becoming Man-Wolf. Doggone it, that's a bit ruff!

So what was it that caused the time doorway to open? Maybe a new type of engine? Or perhaps it was Kang playing around? They were over land, so it wasn't the dimensional door in the Bermuda Triangle.

Profile by Grendel Prime.
