First Appearance: Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#2 (July, 1992)

Powers/Abilities: No superhuman abilities. However, Lee was quite good at embezzling funds and at uncovering such criminal activities committed by others.

History: (Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#19/1 (fb) - BTS) - Lee had been in prison for having laundered funds. Sable chose him because he was perfect for finding other people's laundering schemes. He became an invaluable consultant.

(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#2) - Mr. Lee was present when Lorna, Morty and Sandman were evaluating the acquisition of another member for the Wild Pack: Carl Striklan, also known as Crippler. Mr. Lee, having understood the extent of the violence performed by Striklan suggested not to recruit that kind of elements.
Nonetheless, Crippler was the kind of mercenary that Silver Sable had in mind, so he was admitted.

(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#7) - Mr. Lee questioned Lorna about the utility of paying Paladin, provided that his services in South America did not produce capital gain for Silver Sable International. Lorna was upset by Mr. Lee's proposal to cut off the premium rates and threatened him, ordering him to settle the account.

(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#11) - Mr. Lee complained with Sable that the mercy missions she went on were depleting the capital reserves.

(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#18/1 (fb) - BTS) - Apparently, Jonathan Lee subtracted a large amount of money from the capital gains of Silver Sable International and fled. Sable sent Paladin after him.

(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#21/1 (fb) - BTS) - Lee contacted Maurice Grauline, a money launderer.

(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#21/1) - After several weeks of searching, the trail led Paladin to Grauline in Toronto, Canada. Paladin extorted from Grauline the presumed location of Mr. Lee.

(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#23/1) - Lee was at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan when Paladin found him. Lee had some bodyguards to protect him but they proved useless against Paladin. Lee confessed that he was not the mastermind behind the embezzlement, but the Foreigner who wanted to take control over Silver Sable International.

(Silver Sable and the Wild Pack#24/1) - The Foreigner admitted to having tried to buy out Silver Sable International, in order to not have the Wild Pack against him during the plans he set afoot.

It is very likely that the Foreigner's disrupting actions against SSI, started after SS#11. In that story, Lee was still interested in preserving the financial health of SSI.
