History:
(New X-Men I#116 - BTS) - After Professor Charles Xavier (secretly Cassandra Nova who had switched minds with her twin brother) came out as a mutant on live TV, the Xavier Institute was opened to the public. Cirlio was among the many young X-gene active teenagers that enrolled.
(New X-Men I#117) - Cirlio was one of the many students seen walking the school grounds after the Beast had introduced Xavier's latest student: Barnell Bohusk, codenamed Beak.
(New X-Men I#131 - BTS) - Cirlio eventually became part of a relief team assigned to go into space for a few weeks aboard the Shi'ar flagship. The vessel would rendezvous with the surviving vessels of Lilandra's Imperial Armada on the dark side of the Moon where they would spend a couple of weeks before the Armada was scheduled to head back to Chandilar, the Shi'ar homeworld.
(New X-Men I#133) - When Charles Xavier's marriage to Lilandra was annulled, Cirlio and the other students were returned to Earth. The new Shi'ar emergency senate of the Shi'ar had decreed the withdrawal of all Shi'ar citizens from Earth during a disinfection period.
(New X-Men I#140) - Cirlio was among the students and X-Men present when Bishop and Sage showed them the diamond bullet used to shatter Emma Frost's body, seemingly killing her in the process. With everyone still considered a potential suspect, the Summer holiday vacation was cancelled until the case was solved. Sage started analyzing and interviewing the student body, including Cirlio. Bishop and Sage eventually solved the case and identified Esme Cuckoo as Emma's killer. A little while later, Beast was able to reassemble Emma's shattered diamond form which allowed Frost to restore herself.
(X-Men II#147 - BTS / New X-Men II#9 (fb) - BTS) - When Xorn, believing himself to be Magneto, attacked the Xavier Institute, Cirlio was one of several students (Saurus and others) who died when the school was destroyed. He was subsequently buried at the Institute cemetery.
(New X-Men II#9 - BTS) - Determined to find the ghost of Jeffrey Garrett several students visited the school's cemetery, where they came across Cirlio's grave.

It's likely Pako would have met and befriended Butterfly (Lucy Priest) and Skywalker, two other X-Students who appeared in New X-Men I#131 and would possibly have stayed behind on the Shi'ar flagship as part of the relief team.
Pako can be seen standing behind Professor Xavier on page 3 of New X-Men I#140, he has the same distinctive hair and emerald hue as during his initial appearance.
Cirlio was identified in the the Xavier Student Body entry in the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A-Z HC#13.
Pako is a type of fern found in the Philippines, and Crisologo is a
Pinoy surname. Cirlio is a corruption of the Spanish boy's name Cirilo,
"noble", and Spain once ruled the Philippines. Hence Pako was from the
Philippines, perhaps either with some Spanish ancestry, or a Catholic
background (there is at least one saint with the name Cirilo).
