a man in a turban who trained and rode elephants in circus
performances, joined
the Circus of Crime.

Team-Up I#8) – In Latveria, the
Circus of Crime was attacked by Sub-Mariner and Shroud. During the
battle,
Rajah rode his bull elephant, crashing it into Sub-Mariner, who soon
recovered
and flipped the elephant over. Later, Sub-Mariner posed as Rajah for a
brief
time.

BTS) – Rajah wasn't invited to return from Europe with the Circus but
he
eventually rejoined.

forced
Dragon Man to perform with them.
(Incredible Hulk II#292) – When the Circus saw the Bruce Banner arrive with his girlfriend Kate Waynesboro, Ringmaster forced Banner to change to Hulk and battle Dragon Man. Before the fight concluded, the Big Top was destroyed.
