History:
(Terror Inc. I#6 (fb) - BTS) - The Stamford criminal Rat stole a disc containing information on the criminal activities of the Mob Princesses from them for Piranha Jones.
He hid the disc inside a game cartridge at the Stamford Town Plaza.
(Terror Inc. I#6) - Rat met with Piranha Jones and his henchman "Cockroach" Hamilton and told them he had stashed the disc at the mall and wouldn't hand it over before he got paid. Their meeting was interrupted by Terror, who got hired to kill Jones, and by the Punisher. Rat told Jones he couldn't pay him enough to stay around with what was coming for them and ran away. On his way down the stairs he got tripped by Terror, who was in need of new legs, ripping them off Rat, killing him in the process. He also took Rat's tie because his own was ruined by machine gun fire.
(Terror Inc. I#6 - BTS) - Rat's legs pulled Terror in the direction of the mall to the scene of the crime Rat had committed for Jones, but he resisted to learn more about the criminals he was dealing with.
The Mob Princesses attended Rat's funeral even though they were still angry at the lying, cheating, stealing bastard. They were ready to get back what Rat had stolen from them.
(Terror Inc. I#7 - BTS) - Rat's legs led Terror to the hidden video game cartridge at the mall.
