History:
(Secret Avengers II#11 (fb) - BTS) - Gavrel Achter worked as a city sanitation worker with no crimnal record when the Terrigen Mists blanketed the city. He woke up from his Inhuman cocoon disoriented and was taken to the hospital, where he soon lashed out with his newly discovered powers, even as Thanos' alien forces attacked the city.
(Secret Avengers II#10) - Achter manipulated debris in the wreckage to hold off S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Secret Avengers (Nick Fury Jr., Phil Coulson, Iron Patriot/James Rhodes, Sarah Garza), who had just defeated a fleet of aliens, and Achter yelled that he would make them pay for the destruction of his neighborhood. He took apart their technology and blocked any signals from escaping the area.
(Secret Avengers II#11) - Achter restrained the heroes while disabling and reshaping all of their technology, including that of their fleet of Iron Patriot drones. Achter killed a group of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents as they approached, then he collapsed from overusing his powers. The Secret Avengers tried making peace with Achter, but he surrounded himself with a telekinetic shield and threw cars and debris at them in return. Garza overcame Achter with her powers and resisted the urge to kill him, but Fury shot Achter in the head to stop him from becoming a threat again.
