History: (Spider-Man Magazine (I#12)) - The
heroic Bubble Man used his powers against enemies such as Short Circuit
and Army Cat.
Comments: Created by Erin Mitchell.
Bubble Man was a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most earlier issues of the Magazine. In Bubble Man's case, he was created by then-11-year-old Erin Mitchell of Aurora, Colorado. As a fringe character, Bubble Man was not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there was no evidence to say he did not exist on Earth-616 either...
Bubble Man's origin was never shown but I lean towards him being either a mutated human or a mutant...
The issue of Spider-Man Magazine featuring Bubble Man
was not numbered but according to recent trade paperbacks of Adventures
of Spider-Man & Adventures of the X-Men, which reprinted the comic
strips in this issue, the issue was identified as #12.
Profile by Proto-Man.
