(Monsters Unleashed III#1 (fb) - BTS) - An employee of Damage Control, Gloria Clark was appointed to oversee the super hero operations of Kid Kaiju, a young boy stationed with his parents Deanna and Minouru Kawade, on the terraformed island of Mu. S.H.I.E.L.D. named Clark the permanent liaison to Kawade. Kid Kaiju had five monsters he had created at his service: Aegis, Scragg, Hi-Vo, Slizzik, and Mekara. Clark got word that Kid Kaiju and his monsters had stopped the criminal Animax in Salt Lake City, resulting in massive property damage.
(Monsters Unleashed III#1) - Clark confronted Kid Kaiju and his parents, angry about his choices to go after Animax on his own, and she ordered him to only address threats that had no other heroic alternatives in response.
(Monsters Unleashed III#3) - When she heard that S.H.I.E.L.D. had attacked Kei's monsters in Texas in an attempt to contain them, she called Dum Dum Dugan and angrily asserted her jurisdiction. S.H.I.E.L.D. changed courses, shrinking the monsters with Pym Particles instead. Clark was furious to realize they didn't know where Kid Kaiju was.
(Monsters Unleashed III#4) - When Clark learned that Kei, Elsa, and the monsters were missing, she called and berated Dugan for having lost them. Clark delivered the news to the Kawades and H.E.R.B.I.E. on Mu just as a group of Leviathons attacked. When Kei combined his monsters into the giant Smasher, they fought the Leviathons, who soon joined into their own composite monster.
(Monsters Unleashed III#5) - Clark and H.E.R.B.I.E. watched the massive battle, realizing that telecommunications off the island were being blocked, so they couldn't call for help. Clark soon saw a swarm of monster insects rushing to attack, and the beasts were narrowly held back by Elsa Bloodstone and Mole Man. After the villains were defeated, Clark was pleased to see Deanna Kawade yelling at Dugan for his mistakes.
(Monsters Unleashed III#6) - Clark handled business on Mu.
(Monsters Unleashed III#9) - Hearing about mutated giant bees created by the company Santomon, Clark informed Kei, over his phone, that he needed to take Scragg with him to contain the situation, as local authorities had asked for help.
