History: (Marvel Year-In-Review '93) - Clawjaw was an uncontrollable killing machine who had poor bodily hygiene and wasn't housebroken.

Comments: Created by Tom Brevoort and Mike Kanterovich.

Clawjaw appeared in an article discussing the increasing deployment of villains as the stars of stories, and in particular villains who were extreme versions of the heroes they faced. The article then speculated how the trend might continue. Thus, if Wolverine was good and Sabretooth was better, then Clawjaw was best. Though tongue-in-cheek, there's nothing that would prevent him existing in 616.
