Powers/Abilities: Cosmic Blade can project
beams of light energy from each of his hands, which he can form into
various solid light items depending on which hand he is using. From one
hand, Cosmic Blade can form weapons out of solid light, often
preferring blades, and from the other hand, he can form a protective
shield to surround himself.

heroic Cosmic Blade utilizing his light beam-generating abilities to
battle enemies such as Death Maker, Blank Brain, Frost Bite and Mister

Cosmic Blade was a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most issues of the magazine. In this case, Cosmic Blade was created by the (then) 10-year old Barry Mastyk, Jr. or Ringoes, New Jersey. As a fringe character within the Marvel Universe, there is no evidence to suggest Cosmic Blade existed on Earth-616 but there is equally no evidence to suggest he would NOT be on Earth-616 either...
Cosmic Blade's physical stats were impossible to
approximate, as he was never seen to any other character whose height
& weight had been officially given.
Additionally, no origin was ever given for Cosmic
Blade but given the green skin, I'd be inclined to suspect him to be an
extraterrestrial (given his codename of COSMIC Blade) and perhaps his
abilities are normal for his alien race...
