History:
(Iron Man and Power Pack#2/1 (fb) - BTS) - Arnold
Crumb and Tony Stark went to business school together. Crumb rose
to become one of the richest people in the city and a real estate
tycoon. Crumb also engaged in reality television that involved ordering
teary children to "get out!"; this exposure increased his popularity
and wealth. He established himself as New York's premier property
developer, branding his towering headquarters Crumb Plaza with a view
to building luxury apartments in another venture, Crumb Castle.
Meanwhile, his daughter Irena attended the same public school as the
Power children and intended to race against Julie Power for a position
in the school's student government; her trump card was her father's
endorsement.
However, Crumb's high profile caught
attention from criminals Blizzard and Speed-Demon. The two planned to
kidnap Crumb's daughter Irena and hold her for ransom.
(Iron Man and Power Pack#2/1) - In his head office at
Crumb Plaza, Crumb met Stark, who hoped to negotiate to buy Crumb's
property on the lower west side to build a research facility. Crumb
instead reveled in his wealth and publicity, but his secretary Sarah
interrupted to alert him that his daughter had been kidnapped. The
criminals demanded $500 million for her release. Crumb was about to
call his friend, the police chief, for help rescuing her, but Stark
insisted on intervening as the armored Iron Man. Stark locked onto the
GPS in Irena's mobile phone and helped child super-team Power Pack
apprehend the criminals and free Irena. Crumb later arrived as police
took the criminals away and he hugged his daughter. Crumb offered Power
Pack any reward, but the children humbly declined.

It's fairly clear that Arnold Crumb was based on Donald Trump (whose eldest daughter is called Ivana). If Marvel ever revisits Earth-5631, maybe Crumb could be made US President, just like the real-world controversial reality star and businessman.
It's not revealed if Irena beat Julie in the
election, but given Julie doesn't later mention winning or student
government tasks, maybe daddy dearest significantly influenced the
election for Irena to win.

CLARIFICATIONS
:
Arnold Crumb of Earth-5631 has no known connections to:
Irena Crumb, the daughter of property magnate Arnold
Crumb, attended the same public school as Julie Power and intended to
run against her in the school's student government. Bratty and
privileged, she tore down Julie's electioneering posters, promising to
be ruthless to achieve an election win. She relied on her father's
wealth and public profile to boost her own popularity. Julie's youngest
brother, Jack, was smitten by her, and she had two sycophantic friends.
However, criminals Blizzard and Speed-Demon kidnapped her, demanding a
hefty ransom from her father. Intervention from the child super-team
Power Pack, plus assistance from Iron Man, led to the extortionists'
capture and she was freed. She was unaware that her opponent Julie
(secretly the hero Lightspeed) had helped free her.
--Iron Man and Power Pack#2/1
Blizzard was similar to his Earth-616 counterpart
(Donny Gill) and was able to blast freezing cold ice from his gloves,
also generating ice slides. He masterminded the plan to kidnap Irena
Crumb for ransom from her wealthy father. He foolishly made his
partner-in-crime, Speed-Demon, phone through the ransom demand while he
kidnapped Irena from school. His slowly melting ice slide led the child
super-hero team Power Pack to his hideout on the docks, where the
children managed to knock him out. Lightspeed (Julie Power, a fellow
student of Irena) took Blizzard's mask to conceal her identity while
she rescued Irena from Speed-Demon. The two criminals were then carted
away by high-security police.
--Iron Man and Power Pack#2/1
Speed-Demon was similar to his Earth-616 counterpart
(Jim Sanders) and could run at very high velocity. He followed
Blizzard's plan to kidnap Irena Crumb and extort a huge ransom from her
rich father. But he foolishly phoned through the ransom demand while
Blizzard did the kidnapping and left an ice trail for child super-hero
team Power Pack to find. Not wanting to lose the opportunity,
Speed-Demon left Blizzard with Power Pack and ran off with Irena, but
team-member Lightspeed caught up with him and rescued Irena just as
Iron Man arrived and neutralized Speed-Demon with a bolo missile that
tied his ankles together. The two criminals were then carted away by
high-security police.
