(Ghost Rider III#44) - Dark Legion allied with Blackout and Meatmarket in an attack on a police station near Cypress Hills Cemetary. When he was shot several times by the police, duplicates of himself formed from his blood on the ground. He thanked the police officers for injuring him because he was Dark Legion after all and the legion of Dark Legion continued the assault on the police station with more of them forming whenever one of them was shot. When Vengeance attacked Blackout four Dark Legion came to Blackout's aid and overpowered Vengeance. Several Dark Legion also went after Captain Dolan and his daughter Stacy, who kept them at bay until Doctor Strange arrived to protect everyone from further attacks by Zarathos, Lilith and more Lilin, who had just arrived on the scene.
