I#25
(fb) - BTS) - An unidentified deed of pure heroism was seen all over
the world
and turned the X-Men into the most popular heroic team on Earth.
(All-New X-Men I#25 - BTS) - Reality-41625's X-Men were briefly glimpsed by Earth-616's Beast (Hank McCoy) when the Watcher showed him various possible futures of the X-Men.

The Sentinel's name or codename is unrevealed. It seen doesn't match the usual color scheme, nor design of any known Sentinel, but it could be a variant of any of the known good Sentinels (including Justin Seyfert's, Here Comes Tomorrow's Rover, etc.) or a new one entirely.
Wasp's presence among the X-Men at the
parade is unusual, since she's not a mutant. It's feasible that she is
present, perhaps with other unseen Avengers, merely to show support to
the now lauded X-Men, but since she is the only hero present not
normally associated with the X-Men, it may be that she is a member in
this reality; she'd hardly be the first non-mutant to join the
team.
Xavier is visible on a screen, but not
shown taking part in the parade. He might simply be absent from the
festivities, but since he's being celebrated on a screen behind the
X-Men, it may be that his absence is because he is dead, perhaps dying
during the very act of heroism that made the team worldwide heroes.
