History:
(What The--?! I#26/1 - BTS) - Circa 2099 A.D., an unidentified anthrotoon duck decided to embark on a villain's path inspired by Ducktor Doom of the Heroic Age. This new Ducktor Doom was not an ambitious big-time supervillain like his predecessor and specialized only in petty crimes like forgery, betting on college basketball and ripping tags off of mattresses. He lived in his castle and was an inventor.

(What The--?! I#26/1) - Breaking into Al's Chemical Company to steal vials, Ducktor Doom accidentally pushed janitor Piguel O'Malley into a vat of spider-venom. Climbing out the vat after Doom departed, Piguel discovered he had gained superpowers and decided to become the heroic Spider-Ham like his ancestor Peter Porker. Believing that Ducktor Doom was plotting something sinister and would seek to regain the kingdom of Latvania, he decided to stop him and traveled to Doom's castle

In order to have complete freedom to do whatever he wanted, Ducktor Doom planned to create a false green card to become a US citizen and began work on the project as Spider-Ham arrived in Doom's lab. When Spider-Ham suggested that Doom was creating a death ray, Ducktor Doom let him know that he was only engaging in petty crimes. Demonstrating the false green card and calling it his greatest invention at the moment, Doom claimed US citizenship and the freedom to do whatever his heart desired, prompting Spider-Ham to leave the Castle.

(Web-Warriors I#7 (fb) - BTS) - After some time, Ducktor Doom switched from petty crimes to more global ones. He created new armor and an army of Duckbots. During another clash with Doom, Spider-Ham defeated the Duckbots by luring them away with a huge duck decoy. However, this tactic did not work in a subsequent clash with Ducktor Doom.

(Web-Warriors I#7) - When damage to the multiversal web opened a rip between Earth-93726 and Earth-138, Ducktor Doom saw it as a new world to conquer and invaded with his Duckbot army, but found it defended by the reality-hopping Web-Warriors, who had been alerted to the rip by the prior arrival of Piguel. Seeing the team struggling to defeat the surprisingly  dangerous Duckbots, Web-Warrior Spider-Ham (Peter Porker of Earth-8311) exploited his cartoon physics to spin his arm fast enough to generate a powerful whirlwind that carried away Ducktor Doom and his Duckbots, defeating and returning them to Earth-93726.

(Spider-Man: Enter the Spider-Verse#1 - BTS) - During the fight with Rhino of Earth-177, Spider-Ham of Earth-8311 mentioned the previous victory over Earth-93726's Ducktor Doom and said "he's still picking up his rivets."

Comments: Created by Barry Dutter, John Costanza and Marie Severin.

While the indicia states What The — ?! Winter Special, the issue is labeled What The--?! #26 on the cover.

The city where What The -?! I#26 takes place is not identified but in the profile, I decided to call it Nueva Yolk, since New York City is called "New Yolk City" on Earth-8311 and its other alternative versions. "Nueva Yolk" of Earth-93726 more likely has a tongue-in-cheek name. (Nueva Stork? - Snood) (Nueva Pork? - Loki)

All characters in this profile are from Earth-93726 unless otherwise specified. Additionally, it was not clear if Ducktor Doom's large teeth and wingless armor was merely the appearance of his armor or if he true form also had large teeth and no wings. It seems likely that at least his teeth are part of his true form, as his original armor showed his bill with teeth. --Proto-Man
