History: (Spider-Man Magazine I#8) - Eela-Man became a supervillain, using his eel-like abilities against foes such as Hammer Strong and Sealawatcher.

Eela-Man was a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most early issues of the Magazine. In Eela-Man's case, he was created by then-10-year-old Kevin McCloskey of Waldorf, Maryland. As a fringe character, Eela-Man is not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there is no evidence to say he doesn't exist on Earth-616 either...

Eela-Man's height & weight were impossible to approximate as he was never seen next to any character whose height & weight had been officially determined.

Eela-Man's origin was never given but my vote is on him being some sort of human that was mutated into a partially eel-like form. Maybe he could join Namor's current Defenders of the Deep alongside Tiger Shark & Orka!
