thirst for knowledge and he broke the biological trends of the other
Primitives, escaping Attilan and receiving two college degrees in human
society.
While Elisha possessed no superhuman powers or abilities, he did grow to master the Wizard's technology, including use of his Anti-Gravity Discs. He was also able to utilize (if not help design) computer code capable of rewriting ancient technology as well as neural inhibitors that blocked Inhuman powers.

History: (Inhumans:
Once & Future Kings I#2 (fb) – BTS) – A member of the Alpha
Primitives of unrevealed origins (see
comments), Elisha showed the
potential for intelligence and members of the Inhuman race they served
taught him to read, an offense for which they were later jailed. Taking
the name Elisha, the Primitive escaped Attilan in a boat and went to
live in human society. Ten years later, he graduated from Empire State
University. Seeking to free his people, Elisha began working with
Bentley Wittman, the Wizard, who helped design a neural inhibitor that
would block the powers of an Inhuman temporarily.
(Inhumans: Once
& Future Kings I#5 (fb) – BTS) – Using his two college degrees,
Elisha
worked with the Wizard to write a code that would reprogram the Slave
Engine (an ancient Kree device used by the Inhumans to change humans
into Alpha Primitives) into devolving Inhumans instead.
(Inhumans: Once
& Future Kings I#1 (fb) – BTS) – Elisha then returned to Attilan
with
a plot to kill the king. Elisha organized some of the Alpha Primitives
into attacking the king. He equipped a spear with neural inhibitors,
knowing they would give ten minutes time to kill the king in.
(Inhumans: Once
& Future Kings I#1 (fb)) – Elisha watched from afar
as the Alpha Primitives launched their attack on the king, who was
stabbed through the middle with neural inhibitors blocking his powers.
Dkamas prepared to behead the king but Blackagar Boltagon killed
Dkamas with a scream as his brother Maximus watched. Days later, Elisha
watched the Alpha Primitives honor Dkamas with a ceremony. When
Blackagar and Maximus attended, Elisha told them how badly they'd
screwed up by saving the king. The king himself showed up at the
memorial and Elisha predicted the humiliated king would pin all blame
on the brothers. He recommended they leave town with Medusa in order to
protect their families. Later, Elisha grabbed the adolescent Lockjaw,
using the dog to teleport Medusa, Blackagar and Maximus to Earth.
(Inhumans: Once
& Future Kings I#2) – Elisha helped acclimate
Maximus, Blackagar and Medusa to the pollution and culture on Earth.
The Wizard revealed himself and after Maximus expressed doubt in
Elisha's intent, the Wizard offered a neural inhibitor collar to
Blackagar that would allow him to speak then he explained how the
Inhumans were keeping an entire race enslaved.
(Inhumans: Once
&
Future Kings I#3) – Elisha tried talking to Medusa about her struggles
but she turned on him, attacking and accusing him of being against her
family. As they argued, Lockjaw teleported away.
(Inhumans: Once
& Future Kings I#4) – Elisha saw Crystal teleport in with Lockjaw
and
she promised to keep quiet if he gave her some ice cream. The Wizard
entered, planning to take Crystal back to Attilan.
(Inhumans: Once & Future Kings I#5) – Elisha knocked out both the Wizard and his ally, the Trapster, then stole the Wizard's gear to return to Attilan. There, using the Wizard's helmet and his Anti-Gravity Discs, Elisha led the Alpha Primitives in a revolt against the king and his new viceroy Gorgon as the Primitives sought to secure the Slave Engine for themselves. Blackagar, Medusa, Maximus, Triton, Karnak, Crystal and Lockjaw soon intervened but Elisha was already reprogramming the Slave Engine, planning to turn all Inhumans into humans. Blackagar promised Elisha that when he became the king, he would free the Alpha Primitives, allowing them to be full citizens, but Elisha punched the boy back, blocking his powers instead. However, when Elisha sought to reprogram the Slave Engine, Maximus rewrote the Wizard's code and neural feedback knocked out Elisha as well. The Alpha Primitive uprising was ended and Blackagar encouraged the king to find a solution to the problem.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Elisha has no known connections to:
(Inhumans: Once & Future Kings I#1 (fb) – BTS)
– Dkamas
was an Alpha Primitive that seemed more advanced than the others. He
helped
lead an uprising against their overseers, who regularly used violence
against
the Primitives.
(Inhumans: Once & Future Kings I#1) – Dkamas and others attacked the Inhuman king ++++ (later known as the Unspoken) and the princes Blackagar and Maximus. They threw spears at the others, one of them impaling the king, and his powers were blocked with a neural inhibitor. Dkamas raised the king's head to kill him but Blackagar killed Dkamas with a scream.
