Powers/Abilities: Flagman, after undergoing Terrigenesis, emerged with his body composed of many colorful ribbons that he could extend. The ribbons, when wrapped around something, could contain energy or explosions without being damaged.

History:
(Uncanny Inhumans#5 (fb) - BTS) - Flagman was appointed the major domo of the Quiet Room, Black Bolt's bar under Grand Central Station. He believed it was the most popular club in New York City, one where many things could happen because Black Bolt personally promised to end any conflicts that started. The Quiet Room became known as a productive neutral ground.
(Uncanny Inhumans#5) - Flagman greeted Medusa, Ahura, and Iso, promising to keep them all entertained. After saying hello to Reader, Forey, and Treste, Flagman showed Ahura a room where Ajaxis the Lava-Man and Toz the super-strong Moloid met without fighting. After seeing the Leader and the Mad Thinker playing poker, they saw a room where Marishi Spin held a meeting discussing new products by Ennilux and how they were looking to elect a new leader. Flagman showed Ahura in to a private dinner with Black Bolt, then Flagman got back to work. Flagman was horrified to learn from Spin that the powerful Antigen had been stolen during their meeting, and he rushed in to Black Bolt and Medusa to tell them. Just then, someone informed them that the Mad Thinker had activated a bomb during the poker game, then the super-strong Ajaxis and Toz broke out in a fight.
(Uncanny Inhumans#6) - Flagman panicked as the various threats to the club overwhelmed him and Spin kept demanding justice for his stolen Antigen. Iso handled the Mad Thinker and the Leader while Black Bolt addressed the fight between Ajaxis and Toz, then Medusa had Flagman check on Ahura.
(Uncanny Inhumans#7) - While Frank McGee and others searched for the thief of the Antigen, Flagman checked on Spin, offering him free drinks and food on behalf of Black Bolt. Later, Flagman saw McGee return the Antigen to Black Bolt.
(Uncanny Inhumans#12) - At the Quiet Room, Flagman saw Lockjaw bring Medusa, Black Bolt, and Frank McGee, there to find out who had destroyed Stark Tower, and they wondered if Ahura was behind it.
(Uncanny Inhumans#15) - At the Quiet Room, Flagman asked Reader to intervene in a conflict between some Shi'ar, offering to settle Reader's tab if he did so. Later, Frank McGee rushed in, demanding Flagman tell him where Reader, Treste, and Irelle were.
(Uncanny Inhumans#16) - When Reader created a construct of Auran, she drew a gun in the Quiet Room, and Flagman responded with his security detail. Flagman lashed out with his ribbons, but Auran stole a taser and hit him with it before Frank McGee, Treste, and Irelle intervened.
(Uncanny Inhumans#17) - Black Bolt kept Auran in control as he had McGee, Flagman, and the others evacuate the Quiet Room. Black Bolt asked Flagman if he could keep Auran contained while he reached out for help. Flagman kept Auran tightly contained in his ribbons, and he kept her tightly bound even when she made sounds that he found difficult to contain until Black Bolt and Medusa returned with Sterilon, who was able to repair Auran's mind and return Black Bolt's power to the king.
(IVX#1 (fb) - BTS) - Flagman hired the new singer Lady Shine, not realizing it was Dazzler in disguise.
(IVX#1) - At the Quiet Room, Flagman greeted Black Bolt as Lady Shine sang, then a patron asked to see Black Bolt.
(Uncanny Inhumans#20/2) - Flagman showed Black Bolt and Medusa into a room of Inhumans, there to celebrate Medusa.
(Secret Warriors II#11) - Flagman joined a large group of Inhumans teleported by Magik to help fight Mr. Sinister and his Unhumans.
(Death of the Inhumans#1) - When Vox attacked New Arctilan, he seemingly killed many Inhumans, including Flagman, who fought valiantly before being impaled with a blade to the chest.
