power-stealing Former became a supervillain, battling enemies such as
Hipno and Dark-Riser.

Former was a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most earlier issues of the Magazine. In Former's case, he was created by then-11-year-old Joey Cortez of La Habra, California. As a fringe character, Former was not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there is no evidence to say he did not exist on Earth-616 either...
Former's height & weight were impossible to approximate, as he was never seen next to any character whose height & weight had been officially determined.
Former's origin was not shown but I'm inclined to think he was some sort of demon, given the chalk white skin, although it's equally possible he could have been some sort of mutant, mutate or Inhuman...
This issue of Spider-Man Magazine featuring Former
was not numbered but recent trade paperbacks of Adventures of
Spider-Man & Adventures of the X-Men that reprinted the comic
strips in the issue identified the Magazine issue as #12.
