History:
(Daredevil I#223 (fb) - BTS) - "Skeeter" Frizzel had a reputation as a petty thief, wearing a smelly shirt and an old floppy hat. He often grabbed purses or items from people on the street and would later pawn them at various shops.
(Daredevil I#223) - Frizzel used a knife to cut the strap of a camera from pedestrian Glorianna O'Breen, then he went running down the street with it, stashing it in his bag. That night, he sought to lay low at his brother's place of work, an insecticide-processing plant called Snuffa-Roach. Skeeter's brother let him use the place for the night, but said he'd call the cops the next morning if Skeeter wasn't gone. Daredevil went looking for Frizzel, questioning a pawn shop owner (who was married to Sadie Wohosky), and getting intel on Frizzel's brother. Daredevil leapt into the Snuffa-Roach that evening but ended up falling into a vat of insecticide, causing Frizzel to laugh before running off. Daredevil returned the next day to Snuffa-Roach and easily subdued Frizzel, demanding the camera back.
