History:
(Daredevil I#319 (fb) - BTS) - Joe Gettings Jr., a homeless man, came in contact with Eddie Passim, another homeless man who was also a telepath. This contact caused Gettings to go mad.
(Daredevil I#319) - Gettings grabbed a torch and rushed into a church, ranting about how he had to burn the church down in order to get people to look within themselves. Daredevil disarmed Gettings, so the man attacked the hero, but Gettings was soon defeated. He revealed that Eddie Passim had put the thoughts in his head. Daredevil came across other homeless individuals who had been impacted by Passim, including Phil.
