History:
(Daredevil III#4 (fb) - BTS) - The Giacomo family owned property around New York City and regularly used shady dealings to get their tenants to surrender their companies and leases. When they pressured Mr. Pampolos to give up his bar, Pampolos gathered evidence against them and went for legal help with Matt Murdock. Darius Giacomo stole the evidence and ran.

(Daredevil III#4) - In the zoo, Daredevil chased after mobster Darius Giacomo, who threw his contraband into the lion's cage. Daredevil dived in after it, then came after Giacomo, who fired several shots at the hero before Daredevil defeated him. At his office, Matt Murdock prepared his case against Giacomo while helping other clients, like Mr. Robinow. In court, Pampolos used the evidence against the Giacomos and won the case. Pampolos celebrated with James outside.

(Daredevil III#4 (fb) - BTS) - Mr. Pampolos ran a bar that had been in his family for generations. When the Giacomo crime family tried to use illegal tactics to get him to surrender the bar, Pampolos gathered intel against them on a zip drive and went to Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson for legal help, and they taught him how to represent himself in court. Darius Giacomo stole the zip drive, but Daredevil got it back.

(Daredevil III#4) - After winning his case in court, Mr. Pampolos met James (friend of Matt and Foggy) outside and spoke to the lawyers on the phone, promising them free drinks for life. He worried the Giacomos would come after him, but Matt assured him that with the news covering the stories, the crime family would back down.

(Daredevil III#4) - Accused of embezzlement and claiming innocence, Mr. Robinow took his case to Matt Murdock, who coached Robinow on how to represent himself in court.
