History:
(Daredevil IV#1 (fb) - BTS) - Charlotte "Charlie" Hastert, deputy mayor of San Francisco, had a wife and a daughter, Chelsea. Charlie helped attorney Matt Murdock, publicly known to be Daredevil, and his partner Kirsten McDuffie get a law office in the city. Later, Chelsea was kidnapped. A ransom note arrived, telling Charlie to get amnesty for Michael Rodor, or Chelsea would be killed. Charlie also got a recording of Chelsea calling for help.

(Daredevil IV#1) - Charlie called in Daredevil to rescue her daughter, and he successfully did so, though he delivered her to the hospital after realizing that Chelsea had been force-fed explosive material. Charlie visited Matt and Kirsten days later, telling them that Chelsea was fine.

(Daredevil IV#2) - Charlie brought tiramisu over to Matt and Kirsten's home, and she nervously told Matt that the Owl had set up shop in San Francisco, though she was shocked when Matt laughed at this news. Charlie told him about the Shroud plaguing police as well, and Kirsten looked up the Shroud's history, then Matt heard Shroud on the roof and went to confront him. As Daredevil went off with the Shroud, Charlie returned to work, commending Kirsten on her good work. Charlie stated she wished she'd met Foggy Nelson before he died. (He was alive, but secretly battling cancer).

(Daredevil IV#3) - The next morning at Kirsten's office, Charlie checked in and learned Matt had been gone all night. As they discussed the threat of the Owl, a mysterious man (Foggy himself) showed up at the office and Kirsten said she had to meet with the man as she rushed Charlie out the door.

(Daredevil IV#7 - BTS) - Hastert alerted Daredevil to a suspicious suicide case.

(Daredevil IV#14 - BTS) - Hastert called Kirsten to notify Daredevil about a new super-villain.

(Daredevil IV#15) - Daredevil showed up at Hastert's window with Jubula Pride, but she had just seen content online (released by the Shroud) about Matt's clients having personal information dumped from recorded conversations as well as intel showing that Jubula had been the one to sell equipment to the men who'd kidnapped Chelsea. Believing Matt was in league with Jubula, Hastert summoned the police to chase them, including Jimmy.

(Daredevil IV#18) - After Daredevil took down the villains responsible, Hastert lifted the police order, but she couldn't help Matt and Kirsten fix their reputations as attorneys.

(Daredevil IV#1 (fb) - BTS) - Chelsea Hastert grew up with two moms, one of them being Charlotte "Charlie" Hastert, the deputy mayor of San Francisco. When Chelsea was kidnapped, the kidnappers had her leave a fearful message for her mom. Over the following days, they fed her, and Chelsea didn't realize that she was swallowing material that could later be weaponized as a bomb.

(Daredevil IV#1) - Daredevil rescued Chelsea and rushed her across the city as armored men pursued them. Despite dropping her once, Daredevil got Chelsea to safety and got her to the hospital in time to get her medical attention.

(Daredevil IV#1 - BTS) - The explosive material was removed and Chelsea was returned to her moms.

(Daredevil IV#15 - BTS) - Deputy mayor Charlie Hastert asked Jimmy to assemble the police to chase Daredevil and Jubula Pride away from her home.

(Daredevil IV#1 - BTS) - Kidnappers took Chelsea Hastert, trying to force deputy mayor Charlotte "Charlie" Hastert to give Michael Rodor amnesty, but Daredevil saved the girl.
