History:
(All-New Inhumans#3 (fb) - BTS) - After undergoing Terrigenesis, Hubartes Plutaris transformed into a massive robotic-looking head that constantly generated a massive amount of energy, leaving him in tremendous pain. Unable to speak or sleep, Hubartes was in agony until Captain Swain formed an empathic connection with him. Calling him Hub, she got him placed aboard the Royal Inhuman Vessel, or R.I.V., and Hub, the Living Engine, kept the ship contantly powered.
(All-New Inhumans#3) - Swain checked on Hub to make sure he was unaffected by some projected nightmares in Sin-Cong. Later, she introduced the astral Inhuman, Thahn Ng, to Hub, and Thahn took control of Swain and Hub, forcing Hub to open fire on Sin-Cong.
(All-New Inhumans#4) - Hub used the R.I.V. fired on Sin-Cong until Crystal shut it down with a manual override. Later, technicians worked to repair Hub.
(Thunderbolts IV#3) - Swain stayed with Hub while the Inhumans sparred with the Thunderbolts.
(All-New Inhumans#11) - Experiencing indigestion, Hub expelled excess energy. Later, Hub suggested that Captain Swain, who was struggling with her emotion-manipulating powers, connect with Panacea, who couldn't feel emotion. Fixer briefly hacked into the R.I.V. and took over Hub, briefly disabling the ship while the Thunderbolts escaped.
