(Cowboy Action#6/1 (fb) - BTS) - Gunfighter Hulk
Larsen killed many men and took control of swathes of Texan land, but
still sought to own more. His base in Durado town was without a sheriff
and his murderous criminal activities went unchecked, his lackeys
helping to trump any resistance. But elsewhere, the Texan governor
assigned respected Preacher Slade to bring law and order to Durado.
(Cowboy Action#6/1) - Larsen was about to gun down a
Durado citizen for not moving aside fast enough when Slade shot the gun
out of his hand. Larsen's lackeys took aim at Slade, but he disarmed
them the same way. As the town had no jail, Larsen and his lackeys were
ordered out of town. Larsen rounded up all his six close gunslinging
men and soon rode back in to shoot Slade; however, the lawman had since
rallied the townsfolk and they fired back at the outlaws in defense of
their town. Separated from Larsen, the hired outlaws rode away pursued
by a town posse while Larsen was lassoed and tied up by Slade, and
taken for trial at the county seat.

Tall and slim, Preacher Slade was exceptionally fast

accompanied him outside. As a lawman, he tamed Dodge City with his

assigned him to the lawless town of Durado. He confronted the

more men, Slade rallied townsfolk and they stood up to the outlaws.
