History:
(Daredevil IV#5 (fb) - BTS) - The new Leap-Frog acquired a massive battle armor with offensive weaponry. He made plans to kill Foggy Nelson, the friend of Matt Murdock, who recently revealed publicly that he was Daredevil, figuring that killing Nelson would give him extra clout in the villain community. Leap-Frog rigged his armor to explode.

(Daredevil IV#5 (fb) ) - Leap-Frog waited in a lake in Central Park for Foggy Nelson and Matt Murdock to draw near, then he jumped out of the water and attacked, soon taking Foggy Nelson captive inside the armor. After battling Daredevil and putting civilians at risk, Leap-Frog jumped out of his suit and left Foggy inside, knowing the suit would explode to kill him. After being warned by Daredevil, Foggy jumped the suit into the air, where it exploded, seemingly killing him. (Ant-Man (Hank Pym) secretly shrank Foggy down, saving him). Daredevil saw Leap-Frog arrested.
