History:
(Daredevil I#368) - Criminal Tommy "The Pubie" McNarahan tried a daring robbery on the 35th floor of a building with a glass exterior by rappelling down from the roof and breaking through the window, but he dropped some of his tools just as Daredevil approached from above. Instead of arrested Tommy, Daredevil tied him up and took him to the top of the Brooklyn Bridge, where he made Tommy an offer: he'd let him go if Tommy would go straight. Tommy misinterpreted Daredevil, assuming he wanted him as a sidekick, and Tommy was enthusiastic about the chance, but Daredevil sighed and departed, leaving Tommy tied there.
