MS. HOO
Real Name: Hoo (presumably, first name unrevealed)

possibly citizen of China

Affiliations: Sabretooth (Victor Creed)

Known Relatives: None

Base of Operations: Hong Kong, China
First Appearance: X-Men Unlimited I#17 (December, 1997)
Powers/Abilities: Ms. Hoo is a mutant with the psychic ability to switch the minds of people, placing one in another body. To use these abilities she doesn't need the permission of once's mind but can easily invade them by touching the person which feels like being stung, allowing Hoo the time to perform the switch. Hoo, however, can only switch somewhat similar minds, she was for instance unable to place Sabretooth's feral mind in the body of Archangel. It remains to be seen if this would improve with more training. For every time Hoo uses her psychic ability she "pays a price herself", presumably taking some of her lifeforce or being overcome by the person's mind and memories for some time. Mrs. Hoo also has a physical mutation whereas her face has no human features, she lacks eyes, a nose and a mouth but is somehow still able to see and speak clearly.

History:
(X-Men Unlimited I#17 (fb) - BTS) - Believing Worthington Industries was building a replica of Forge's mutant neutralizer, Black King of the Hellfire Club, Sebastian Shaw hired Sabretooth to retrieve the item. When Sabretooth proved unable to break into the Worthington Industries: Plastics-Application Facility, Shaw called in Ms. Hoo to make use of her unique talents.
(X-Men Unlimited I#17 (fb) - BTS) - Hoo tried to switch the minds of Sabretooth and Warren Worthington III so he could easily gain entrance to the facility. However, Sabretooth's feral nature proved too much for the procedure. It was then decided to switch the minds of Sabretooth and the X-Man Wolverine, whose similar feral mind would be a better fit for Sabretooth.
(X-Men Unlimited I#17 - BTS) - It was decided to set up a trap for Wolverine who was enjoying a well-earned holiday in Aspen, Colorado. There, Hoo was to play the "damsel in distress" moments away from being killed by the bloodthirsty Sabretooth.
(X-Men Unlimited I#17) - With their plan set in motion in the snow-covered mountains of Aspen, Hoo's screams soon attracted Wolverine who was ready to gut his archnemesis at first sight. Wolverine slashed his enemy's stomach after which he made his way to help Hoo. Wolverine, however, was startled at the sight of Hoo's (or lack off) face, an opportunity which Hoo used to grab the mutant and stinging him with her touch. This provided Hoo the time she needed to grab Sabretooth. But just before Hoo could grab on to Sabretooth, he slashed his own throat, as a parting gift for when Wolverine would wake up inside his wounded body. Hoo then successfully completed the mind switch, placing Sabretooth's mind in Wolverine's body.
(X-Men Unlimited I#17) - When Hoo learned Sabretooth's mission had failed as Archangel destroyed the neutralizer himself she reported to Shaw in his Hong Kong office. Shaw commented it was probably in Sabretooth's best interest that his plan failed since he would be amongst the first to be depowered. Shaw told Hoo that they'd better settle for the success of their secondary goal alone, sowing discord among the "outer circles".
Comments: Created by Terry Kavanagh (writer), Tom Lyle (penciler), Rich Perotta, Sean Parsons & Walden Wong (inkers).
For the longest of times I presumed Ms. Hoo was really an alias used by Mojoverse's Spiral for when she used her abilities on Wolverine and Sabretooth it seemed like she wore the same attire as Spiral. Now upon better inspection, Ms. Hoo was in fact manifesting Wolverine's costume onto herself, what made it look like Spiral's.
It's a shame that Marvel hasn't used Ms. Hoo (or most X-Men Unlimited characters for that matter) anymore, she would've been useful in one of the many Hellfire Club storylines over the years. She could've been part of the Hellfire Academy or even part of the Sisterhood (of evil mutants).
