(Daredevil III#35 (fb) - BTS) - Loyal to the Sons of the Serpent, Dr. Frank Ketterson was recruited by Mr. Ogilvy and Mr. Derrin to administer an experimental treatment to cancer patient Foggy Nelson in order to keep the attorney alive.

(Daredevil III#35) - Matt Murock rushed to Foggy's bedside, where Ketterson explained what he had done, then Ketterson was dismissed.

(Daredevil III#35 (fb) - BTS) - Longtime members of the Sons of the Serpent, Mr. Ogilvy and Mr. Derrin watched Daredevil launch an agenda against the Serpents. When Ogilvy's son Robert (who he called Donald, see comments) was arrested for arson and murder, Ogilvy knew he was innocent. Ogilvy and Derrin began gathering intel on Daredevil and his alter-ego Matt Murdock, compiling a comprehensive file of his history, including many lies he had told in the courtroom to cover his secrets. They then arranged for Dr. Frank Ketterson to provide medical support to cancer patient Foggy Nelson, Murdock's best friend.

(Daredevil III#35) - Murdock rushed to Foggy's bedside, where Ogilvy and Derrin manipulated him into taking Robert's case in court, and they threatened to expose Daredevil's secrets if he didn't. Later in the courtroom, Murdock appointed Kirsten McDuffie to Robert's case, then she called Murdock to the stand, where he publicly admitted he was Daredevil.

(Daredevil III#36) - As Murdock gave testimony on the stand, Ogilvy ordered a hit squad of Serpents to come to the courthouse, but Daredevil defeated them. District attorney James Priest ordered Ogilvy and Judge Jason Pierce both to be arrested.

(Daredevil III#36 (fb) - BTS) - A member of the Sons of the Serpent, Judge Jason Pierce hired Constrictor (Frank Payne) and Black Mamba (Tanya Sealy) to kill Matt Murdock/Daredevil before he could interfere in the Serpents' plans.

(Daredevil III#35) - Daredevil defeated Constrictor and Black Mamba. In the courtroom of Judge Jason Pierce, Robert Ogilvy was being accused of arson and murder. Kirsten McDuffie announced herself as Ogilvy's counsel, then she called Matt Murdock to the stand, where he publicly revealed he was Daredevil.

(Daredevil III#36) - As Murdock gave testimony, Ogilvy ordered a hit squad of Serpents to be sent to the courtroom. Murdock exposed Pierce's membership in the Serpents, then the armed Serpents attacked, but Daredevil defeated them. James Priest, district attorney, ordered Pierce and Ogilvy to be arrested.
