Powers/Abilities: Plant Man was capable of
transforming himself into any known plant or tree. He could also take
on the qualities of any plant or tree, such as growing as tall as a
sequoia tree, making himself as durable as petrified wood or sending
out vines used to tie up criminals.

Eyes: Plant Man's eyes resembled purple flowers.
Hair: None, although his head was covered in green vegetation.
History: (Spider-Man Magazine#1) - Plant Man used his plant-based superhuman powers to become a super hero, earning the enmity of villains such as Professor Pollution, Doctor Weed and Fire Bug.
(Spider-Man Magazine I#3 - BTS) - Plant Man became an enemy of the villainous robot Metal Gear.

Plant Man was created by the (then) 8-year old Sean Williams of East Brunswick, New Jersey as part of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain section that ran in each issue.
Plant Man's origin was never revealed so it was
unclear if his powers were the result of being born a mutant or
Inhuman, or if he was mutated or somehow used technology to simulate
his powers. In addition, Doctor Weed, Fire Bug and Professor Pollution
were not seen at all.
