History: (Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#29 (fb) - BTS) - A young,
purple-skinned alien was taught by his mother that stealing was wrong.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#28 (fb) - BTS) - A group of space grifters (including the purple-skinned alien) came up with a plan to start swindling planets. One of them would paint himself silver then they would land on the planet, where they would convince aliens to give them their riches or Galactus would come to destroy them.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#29 (fb) - BTS) - The space hunks robbed dozens of worlds, including that of Commander Sootori as well as the Druffs, Ba-Bani, Badoon, Vorticons, Aakon, Oobagonians, Queega, Sm'Ggan, Procyonites, Judans, Ergons, Mephitisoids, Yrds, Vegans, Rajaks, Averoids and Tektons. 76 of those worlds later formed an alliance, weaponizing themselves to hunt down the actual Silver Surfer.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#27 (fb)) – "Silver Surfer" and his bros landed on Chitt-Crrt, where they warned a race of green squirrels called the Chrrt-Chuk that Galactus would consume their planet in three days but they offered to let the squirrels pay them off in gold and jewels instead. "Surfer" and the bros then departed, promising to be back in three days.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#27 (fb) – BTS) – The “Surfer” left a bomb behind that he said would destroy the planet when it reached zero.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#28 (fb) - BTS) - The "Surfer"'s "bomb" itself was made of plywood.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#28) – The grifters returned to
Chitt-Crrt to demand the money but the aliens, now joined by Nancy
Whitehead, Squirrel Girl, Tippy-Toe, Mew the cat, Loki and Drax the
Destroyer, claimed they were friends with Galactus. As the "Surfer"
rushed off to spray-paint himself, a huge image of Galactus appeared on
the horizon but the heroes soon realized it was just a holograph when
the technology being used malfunctioned. The real Silver Surfer then
arrived and Squirrel Girl rushed to attack him as the "Surfer" finished
spray-painting himself.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#29) – Silver Surfer and Squirrel Girl made peace and the real Surfer made the "Surfer" remember the lesson his mother had once taught. Though the "Surfer" and his friends asked to be let go, the real Surfer confronted him but then a group of aliens fired missiles at them all and Loki and Silver Surfer protected the others.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#30) – The "Silver Surfer" tried convincing Drax to let him go even as the other space-hunks sought to escape but the Chrrt-Chuk race forced them to return. When Tippy-Toe landed back on Earth, possessing the Power Cosmic and calling herself the Silver Squirrel, she initially declared that the punishment for the grifters was that no one would ever trust them again but she soon realized that that punishment wasn't sufficient and flew away. Nancy Whitehead then landed with the Power Cosmic and threatened to make the grifters pay. As "Surfer" bragged that he and his friends would just get off with a warning, Squirrel Girl and the real Silver Surfer convinced Nancy to not use force to punish the villains, though she'd previously grabbed the "Surfer" by the neck before dropping him. The grifters were bound until they were delivered for criminal punishment, where they were sentenced to break rocks with hammers for years. There, the grifters finally understood that crime leads to punishment.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#30 (fb) - BTS) - A man in silver body paint claiming to be the Silver Surfer extorted the pink-skinned Gloomgorian race, as well as the lizard-like Phaznozz race, for most of their wealth, claiming Galactus would destroy them otherwise. The Gloomgorians and Phaznozz people put aside their hatred for each other and joined with a consortium of other alien races under the leadership of Sootori to hunt down the real Silver Surfer.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#29 - BTS) - The aliens fired on the Silver Surfer on the planet Chitt-Crrt but Surfer stopped their attack.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#30) - Sootori brought the Silver Surfer, Squirrel Girl, Tippy-Toe and Nancy Whitehead aboard their ships and explained that they had been duped. The Gloomgorians and Phaznozz were furious that they had given up on hating each other and soon resumed their conflict but Squirrel Girl found a way for the races to make peace. In the resolutions, the Gloomgorians agreed to acknowledge the Druffs and start over with the Badoon; the Phaznozzes agreed to reconcile with the Judans and forgive the Ergons.

(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#29 (fb) - BTS) - Commander Sootori's world was robbed by "the Silver Surfer," a man in silver body paint with his friends who convinced Sootori's race to hand over all of their riches or Galactus would destroy them. Rebuilding from their poverty, Sootori's race located 75 other worlds who had also been robbed and they joined together to hunt down the real Silver Surfer. Sootori took command of the fleet, struggling to manage their complex histories as some races in his fleet had once been at war. They carefully studied the Surfer's powers, coming up with methods to disable them.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#30 (fb) - BTS) - Among the races Sootori was allied with were the Druffs, Badoon, Ba-Bani, Vorticons, Aakon, Oobagonians, Queega, Sm'Ggan, Procyonites, Judans, Ergons, Mephitisoids, Yrds, Vegans, Rajaks, Averoids, Gloomgorians, Phaznozz and Tektons. Sootori led the aliens in siphoning off the destructive parts of the Power Cosmic to help hurt the Surfer.(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#29) – The aliens found the Silver Surfer on Chitt-Crrt and fired their missiles but Silver Surfer and Loki protected the others on the planet with them, including the Crrt Chhk race, Drax the Destroyer, Tippy-Toe, Nancy Whitehead and the "Silver Surfer" and his friends who had robbed Sootori's planet. Silver Surfer, with Squirrel Girl, Nancy Whitehead and Tippy-Toe, flew up to the fleet and stopped time to freeze more missiles in place then he summoned Sootori and explained the truth of what had happened to him. Sootori panicked and realized that the Silver Surfer's paused time would trigger more missiles.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#30) – After Squirrel Girl and Silver Surfer disabled the missiles, Sootori took them aboard their ship, where the alien races were preparing to fire on the Silver Surfer again. Sootori revealed the truth about their foe and brought Silver Surfer and the others back aboard the ship, where Sootori explained the truth about their enemies. The races began fighting among themselves until Squirrel Girl managed to settle all of their affairs through problem-solving. Sootori declared a celebration. After they convinced Nancy Whitehead not to use the Power Cosmic to punish the grifters, the villains were arrested and sentenced to break rocks with hammers for years. Sootori watched over the villains in their punishment. Later, Sootori visited with Squirrel Girl and Silver Surfer.
(Unbeatable Squirrel Girl II#49) - Sootori and the Chrrt-Chuk showed up on Earth to help Squirrel Girl fight many of her greatest foes. Fighting at Sootori's side were Rhino, Hippo, Mole Man, Ms. Chloe, Sentinel X-42903-22, G'illian Blaz'Zthor, the Tree Lobster, Chef Bear and Alfredo the chicken, Kraven the Hunter and Ratatoskr.

At some point, the Zalthrosian princess insulted another race by saying their planet smelled of garbage.
