History:
(Daredevil Annual I#7/1) - When several mutated Hydra subjects escaped, Baron Strucker sent his special operatives after them. Crippler was sent to apprehend Sathan, Takimoto was sent after Gullotine (a berserker with rows of sharp appendages embedded in his flesh), and Dakini was sent after Romulus.
(Punisher Annual II#4/2 (fb) - BTS) - Takimoto got word that Crippler had betrayed Strucker in his hunt for Sathan, and Sathan had been executed. He realized that Strucker would not tolerate more mistakes.
(Punisher Annual II#4) - Takimoto and Dakini found a bloody scene, where Guillotine had committed murder. Takimoto proposed they work together, but Dakini chose to go off on her own. Takimoto tracked down more of Guillotine's victims and waited among the carnage for Punisher to arrive, and he proposed they work together, but just then Nick Fury, Zeiderman, and Alexander Pierce of S.H.I.E.L.D. arrived to put Takimoto under arrest. As Zeiderman removed a Hydra tracker from Takimoto's neck, he explained they'd tracked him using it. Fury questioned Takimoto, but he spit in Fury's face and fought back, and Punisher helped him escape so they could go after Gullotine together. They soon found Guillotine and attacked, Takimoto using his martial arts, but he was swiftly overwhelmed and killed by Guillotine.
