History:
(Daredevil I#359 (fb) - BTS) - Tommy and his friend posed as cab drivers, who would then rob the patrons as they got in the car.

(Daredevil I#359) - Tommy was committing a robbery when Daredevil showed up and disarmed Tommy by pinching his nose. The man in the cab drew a gun to hold Tommy there until the police arrived. Tommy's friend rushed away in the cab, but Daredevil chased him down on a skateboard and saw him arrested as well.
