History:
(Daredevil I#214) - Walter and his friends Loot and Sarge were vagrants living in New York. While warming themselves by a fire in an abandoned tenement, a worn-down Micah Synn entered, and they invited him to sit by the fire. Sarge and Loot claimed to be ex-cops, and Walter said he was an ex-deputy mayor. Noticing a gold necklace around Synn's neck, they attacked the man, but Daredevil burst in and fought the vagrants. During the fight, Walter grabbed a can of gasoline and threatened to throw it on the fire. Daredevil dared him to do it, and Walter dropped it on the fire, causing the room to explode. Daredevil chased Micah out into the streets, leaving the vagrants behind.
