History:
(Marvel Boy II#5 (fb) - BTS) - The 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt were a team of intergalactic peacekeepers --
who were genome-boosted with insect traits -- based from their ship, the Marvel. The Gestalt negotiated a Kree/Skrull ceasefire to end millennia of hostility.

(Royals I#1 (fb)) - The 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt ended war in Reality-200080.

(Marvel Boy II#5 (fb)) - On a return trip to the planet Hala, they answered distress calls from five civilizations. Encountering three Astro-Gods while exploring the Hypoverses, the Gestalt became stranded in the Multiversal Macrospace due to a spacetime collapse, and they ended up lost, traversing billions of realities and dimensions in an attempt to return home.

(Royals I#1 (fb) - BTS) - Constantly traveling through realities caused the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt to discover the true meaning of love as they shared the experiences and became more devoted to experimentation and exploration.

(Marvel Boy II#5 (fb)) - As they traversed realities, the Gestalt encountered an amalgam between the Avengers and the Squadron Supreme on Earth-13262, a more sinister version of themselves in Reality-21220, the superheroic A-Team on Earth-12032 and a reality inhabited by a large number of alien Poppupians (see comments).

(All-New Savage She-Hulk#3 (fb) - BTS) - As the Gestalt continued passing through realities and dimensions, another twenty-eight realties were classified as Gendercide Class IV realities, where one gender fought the other. In Reality-98163, the gendercide was between the Badoon's six unique sexes. Noh-Varr's crew witnessed the last (fe)male kill the last male(fem). The Gestalt apparently killed the survivor.

(Marvel Boy II#1 (fb) - BTS) - During a trip to an unfinished universe, the Gestalt's Doc Wonder gave his life to help power the Marvel's Epiphany Engines (which ran on pure belief) enough for the Marvel's Kirby Machines to push the remaining Gestalt members into another reality.

(Marvel Boy II#2 (fb) - BTS) - The Gestalt encountered the Pink Pantheon in the Macroverse and Star Splendor stole the Pocket Battlefield from the Pink Pantheon after the Matter Fax malfunctioned and cloned the entire Macroverse. The Pocket Battlefield was placed into storage on the Marvel.

(Marvel Boy II#3 (fb) - BTS) - The Gestalt subsequently encountered the extradimensional Idealus the Fictional Man, who was said to be one of the most dangerous ideas. Catching Idealus, the Gestalt imprisoned him in the Concept Dungeon of their ship. They later encountered the parasitic Hexus in the Sunken Galaxy, where it had infected Earth-10002. The Gestalt was forced to sterilize the entire timeline, leaving Hexus the only survivor. Hexus was also imprisoned down in the Concept Dungeon of the Marvel.

(Marvel Boy II#1) - As the Gestalt closed in on their home reality after traveling across two billion alternate realities and dimensions, their SOS signal was intercepted by Earth-616's Doctor Midas, and he locked the Gestalt into his home reality, soon hitting the Marvel with missiles fired by his soldiers. Several of the Gestalt crew died in the Marvel's subsequent explosion and most who did survive were presumably killed when they were later experimented on by Midas, leaving Noh-Varr as the sole survivor.

(Royals I#1 - BTS) - When Marvel Boy later met with Earth-616's Inhumans to help them discover their secret history, he introduced himself by showing an image of the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt as he explained his own history.

(Guardians of the Galaxy VI#7 - BTS) - When he was called to help negotiate the new political landscape in light of the new Kree/Skrull Alliance, Marvel Boy, now a member of Earth-616's Guardians of the Galaxy, donned his 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt full dress uniform so that he could look the part of a negotiator.

Comments: Created by Grant Morrison and J.G. Jones.

Noh-Varr's parentage is not explored in Marvel Boy II but was revealed when the interdimensional parasite known as Mother assumed the forms of each of the Young Avengers' parents in Young Avengers II#4 and became Captain Glory and Star Splendor for Noh-Varr.

I'm assuming all the alternate realties they discuss are all different from each other. There is a chance some of them overlapped but considering they traveled through two billion, I suspect they are all different.
In some cases, the Gestalt's trek through the Multiverse took them into other dimensions as well as realities. Idealus the Fictional Man was arguably from another dimension rather than a completely separate reality and we have no way of knowing the case with the Pink Pantheon, as they could also be extradimensional rather than from an alternate reality. Other cases, such as the Squadron Supreme/Avengers mashup, the A-Team and the evil Gestalt counterparts, would definitely be from alternate realities. Additionally, while Marvel Boy II#5 did not specify, the reality populated by Poppupians could possibly be Earth-8910, in which Impossible Man repopulated a destroyed planet Earth. --Proto-Man

The Astro-Gods who worked for the First Firmament would actually return in 2018's Ultimates2 series and be further expanded upon.

Marvel Boy mentioned several terms to describe their travels that aren't commonly regarding alternate realities, dimensions, etc., making the exact nature of their travel confusing, including: "Hypoverses" which are the Omniverse according to the All-New Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe#13 and "Macrospace," which is assumed to be the Multiverse due to the fact they traveled through alternate realties. This is further complicated by the All-New Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe#13 describing the Gestalt as going into Macrospace then becoming trapped in the Microverse before ending up on Earth-616 despite Marvel Boy II#1 & 5 not mentioning the Microverse that I could tell.
Well, they also crossed into other dimensions within other realities, making that even more confusing. It sounds like perhaps Macrospace may be the hub between realities and that the Gestalt entered into Macrospace before becoming trapped in the realities and dimensions within.. --Proto-Man

Royals I#1 shows the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt with an unidentified gray-skinned female with pointed ears and spiky hair. It is not known who this character. The only Gestalt member that we know of that was never shown is Doc Wonder but this couldn't be Doc Wonder since Doc Wonder is male. Perhaps this was an early Gestalt member who did not become trapped in the Multiverse with the others? --Proto-Man

CLARIFICATIONS:
18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt has no known connections to:

Captain Glory

Captain Glory was the commander of the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt aboard the Marvel whose members had their genome-boosted with insect traits. He was also the father of Noh-Varr (see comments). He led the Gestalt during their time lost across two billion alternate realities and missions. On their return trip home across hundreds of millions, Captain Glory helped power the ship's Epiphany Engines which ran on pure belief. He was later killed when the ship was destroyed on Earth-616 by Doctor Midas. The extradimensional parasite Mother assumed the forms of both Captain Glory and Star Splendor while trying to capture Marvel Boy and his allies, Earth-616's Young Avengers. When Marvel Boy later met with Earth-616's Inhumans to help them discover their secret history, he introduced himself by showing an image of Captain Glory and the rest of the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt as he explained his own history. Not long after, Marvel Boy found himself trapped in a Pocket Battlefield by Reality-616's Ronan the Accuser, where he faced accusatory visions from his past, including an image of Captain Glory exclaiming that Marvel Boy had forgotten the meaning of love.

Doc Wonder

Doc Wonder was presumably the doctor for the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt, who each had their genomes boosted with insect traits and traveled aboard the Marvel during their time lost across two billion alternate realities and dimensions. He gave his life in an unfinished universe to allow the Marvel ship's Epiphany Engines to run enough for the Kirby Machines to allow them to pass through to their next reality.

The Marvel

The Marvel was a spaceship that originated on Earth-200080 and was used by the peacekeeping group, the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt. The ship ran on a cosmic radiation-based Epiphany Engine and was used by the crew to travel across two billion alternate realties and dimensions when they were lost in the Multiverse. The ship was partially destroyed by Dr Midas on Earth-616 but enough survived that Noh-Varr would reclaim it and use it as a base for a period of time. When Midas discovered the ship again, he used the Engine to turn himself into the Cosmic Man.

Note: Rogue Fantastic is never identified on-panel but concept art of him appears in Marvel Knights/Marvel Boy Genesis Edition with the word Rogue Fantastic next to him. Based on that, Rogue Fantastic is assumed to be this character for the purposes of this profile.

Star Splendor

Star Splendor was a member of the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt aboard the Marvel whose members had their genomes boosted with insect traits. She was also the mother of Noh-Varr (see comments). She was with the Gestalt during their time lost across two billion alternate realties and dimensions. On their return trip home across realities and dimensions, she was killed when the Marvel ship was destroyed on Earth-616 by Doctor Midas. The extradimensional parasite Mother later briefly assumed the form of Star Splendor while attempting to capture Marvel Boy and his Earth-616 allies, the Young Avengers.

--Marvel Boy II#1 (#5 (fb) - BTS, #5 (fb), #1d, Young Avengers II#4 - BTS,

Note: This character was originally named but it was left unclear as which character the name related to. It is assumed to be the pictured character due to Marvel Boy asking for her to be resurrected alongside Captain Glory (his father) and Merree (his partner). When the parasite Mother later assumed the forms of Noh-Varr's parents, this character was the form she assumed as Noh-Varr's mother.

unidentified female ("fire-headed")

An unidentified female whose head was constantly on fire was a member of the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt aboard the Marvel whose members had their genomes boosted with insect traits. She was with the Gestalt during their time lost across two billion alternate realties and dimensions. On their return trip home across the realities and dimensions, she was killed when the Marvel ship was destroyed on Earth-616 by Doctor Midas.

When Marvel Boy later met with Earth-616's Inhumans to help them discover their secret history, he introduced himself by showing an image of the unidentified fire-headed female and the rest of the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt as he explained his own history.
