History:
(Hawkeye: Freefall#4 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, the criminal Hood acquired a controlling share in Alethea Mutual Bank.

(Hawkeye: Freefall#6 (fb) - BTS) - The Hood hid three million dollars in a safety deposit box at Alethea Mutual Bank.

(Hawkeye: Freefall#4 - BTS) - As the heroic Hawkeye discussed with his ally and former Hood employee Bryce Bandau about the various money belonging to the Hood, Bryce mentioned a bank and Hawkeye asked what bank Bryce was referring to. Bryce then informed Hawkeye that the Hood had a controlling share in Alethea Mutual Bank but kept the Bank free of illegal activity.

(Hawkeye: Freefall#5 - BTS) - While trying to get Hawkeye to relax, Bryce Bandau assured Hawkeye that the Hood was just lashing out due to Hawkeye having hurt all of the Hood's business aside from the bank.

(Hawkeye: Freefall#6) - As the Hood prepared to reveal evidence that Hawkeye and Ronin were the same person, Hawkeye visited Alethea Mutual Bank in his old Hawkeye costume and announced his plans to rob the bank of the Hood's money. After stealing the Hood's money from a safety deposit box at Alethea, Hawkeye used the money to pay the criminal Count Nefaria to assist in taking down the Hood.
