(Punisher War Journal II#7 (fb) - BTS) - Tati began dating Stuart Clarke. She believed Stuart had died when he disappeared.
(Punisher War Journal II#6 (fb)) - Tati witnessed the National Force's attack on a lay-up colony in Mexico near the US border. She hid while taking pictures of the events. When Hate-Monger, the National Force's leader, saw her, he told her to keep shooting to let the world know that America was for Americans.
(Punisher War Journal II#6 (fb) - BTS) - Tati survived the attack on the lay-up colony and sold her pictures. A picture of the Hate-Monger was published on the front page of the Crónicas newspaper.
(Punisher War Journal II#8 (fb) - BTS) - When Stuart saw the newspaper with the photo made by his old girlfriend Tati on the front page he decided to show it to Frank to convince him to come and help.
(Punisher War Journal II#6 (fb) - BTS) - Stuart showed the newspaper to Frank and it angered Frank that Hate-Monger was wearing a Captain America-like costume.
(Punisher War Journal II#7 (fb)) - Tati talked to the local sheriff (somewhere in Arizona near the Sonoran Desert where she lived) and he revealed to her that on the night of the attack on the lay-up colony a 911 call came in that claimed Al-Qaeda operatives had crossed the Mexican border. Every cop, fireman and ambulance for fifty miles helped during the search for the terrorists, pulling them as far away from the attack of the lay-up colony as possible. Tati was sure the two events were connected, which the sheriff wasn't so sure about. Tati pressed the sheriff to learn who had taken the call and learned that it was one of the two female operators. Tati promised to leave if the sheriff told her which one it was.

(Punisher War Journal II#7 (fb)) - Tati went to the trailer park where she found Carla's body with a bullet in the head inside her trailer. She drove back to the motel in a panic to hide in her room, forgetting the keys hanging on the outside of the door. She was going to call the cops when Stuart Clarke knocked on her door. When he entered she knocked him to the ground with the phone and jumped on him to beat him up. She stopped when she realized that it was her boyfriend, whom she had believed to be dead, and kissed him.
(Punisher War Journal II#7 (fb) - BTS) - She spent the night with Stuart at the motel in the Sonoran Desert.
(Punisher War Journal II#8 (fb)) - The next morning Tati stepped out of the bathroom after taking a shower and was attacked by Frank, who didn't know who she was. Stuart stopped him and told Frank that Tati was his girlfriend and the woman that took the picture of the Hate-Monger and that he had known it all along. Frank, who had infiltrated the National Force, knew where they would pick him up for the next raid and Tati and Stuart looked at the map to find out which colony would be the National Force's next target.
(Punisher War Journal II#8 (fb) - BTS) - Tank came to the sheriff to ask him who the reporter was that wanted to talk to Carla, who he had killed the night before. The sheriff told Tank it was Tatiana Arocha. Tank and Joe borrowed the sheriff's car.
(Punisher War Journal II#8 (fb)) - Frank came up with a new uniform inspired by Captain America and showed it to Tati and Stuart. He later showed them the finished costume while Tati and Stuart argued about what Frank should do next. Frank was going to kill all National Force members as soon as he found out which colony they was going to hit next. Stuart took Frank to the place the National Force were going to pick him up and Tati joined them on the ride. Soon after Frank was gone a police car pulled over Stuart and Tati. Tank and Joe kidnapped Tati while Stuart drove off scared.
(Punisher War Journal II#9 (fb) - BTS) - Tati was taken to the National Force's headquarters and beaten up.
(Punisher War Journal II#9 (fb)) - Tati was presented to Frank and he was asked by Hate-Monger to kill her as part of his initiation to the National Force. Influenced by the H-Ray in the building, Frank couldn't control himself and beat Tati up in front of the National Force...
(Punisher War Journal II#24 (fb)) - ...and chocked her to death. The whole ordeal was filmed by the National Force's security cameras.
(Punisher War Journal II#9 (fb) - BTS) - After killing her Frank was welcomed to the National Force (only to turn on them soon after).
(Punisher War Journal II#10) - Stuart found Tati's corpse at the National Force's base while taking it down. He swore to kill whoever was responsible for her death.
(Punisher War Journal II#10 - BTS) - Stuart Clarke killed the local sheriff for betraying Tati to the National Force. He could still smell Tati in the sheriff's office.
G.W. Bridge and his S.H.I.E.L.D. team picked up security footage from the National Force's headquarter, which included the murder of Tati.
(Punisher War Journal II#22 (fb) - BTS) - While talking to Stuart Clarke Diamonelle (Lynn Michaels) claimed that Frank had confessed to her that he had killed Tatiana Arocha under the influence of H-Rays (she probably saw the security footage). Stuart didn't believe her.
(Punisher War Journal II#24 (fb)) - A DVD containing the security footage from the National Force was delivered to Stuart Clarke. Clarke watched tape of Frank killing Tati and threw up right after.

The security footage was seen in G.W. Bridge's possession in Punisher War Journal II#11 (November, 2007). Lynn Michaels was secretly a deep-cover S.H.I.E.L.D. agent during the Jigsaw arc in Punisher War Journal II#18-23. She was the first to reveal to Stuart that Frank was behind Tati's murder, but I couldn't find any confirmation that it was her sending him the DVD in #24. Maybe I missed it!
Frank done goofed! The murder of Tatiana not only led to Clarke turning on Castle (Punisher War Journal II#24-25) and but eventually led to him partnering up with Frank's nemesis Jigsaw (Punisher: In the Blood#1-5).
