Powers/Abilities/Functions: If programmed with
images, photos, and data about an individual, he Atomo-Duplicator
can create a three-dimensional proto-image of that individual, from
which the Iso-Nuclear Duplicator could then create a robot duplicating the appearance and abilities of that individual.
History:
(Avengers
I#11 - BTS) - When Iron Man was on a leave of absence from the Avengers
(circa Tales of Suspense I#61), Kang resolved that the time was right
to seek vengeance on the Avengers. Seeking to avoid risk of betrayal by
allying with anyone, Kang
resolved to use a robot under his command. Further seeking an
individual agent to avoid potential in-fighting as well as a being with
the power and skill to be successful, Kang resolved to create a
Spider-Man robot.

I#11) - Using recordings of Spider-Man in action to compile data on his
powers and abilities via long hours of intensive study, Kang then fed
all photos and facts into his Atomo-Duplicator, which then created a
three-dimensional proto-image of the real Spider-Man.
Kang next had his Iso-Nuclear Duplicator analyze the proto-image, which it then used to create a robotic duplicate of Spider-Man, possessing every ability of the original but answerable only to Kang.
After the robot identified itself, Kang allowed the proto-image to vanish, after which he sent the Spider-Man robot back to the 21st century where it engaged the Avengers.
