History:
(Young Avengers I#11 (fb) - BTS) - The blue-skinned Captain Av-Rom, of
the Kree Imperial Militia, grew aware of Kree mythology regarding the
heir to the Kree Empire, Dorrek VIII, the son of the famous Captain
Marvel (Mar-Vell) and Princess Anelle of Skrull royalty. Av-Rom led a militia toward Earth to find Dorrek VIII.
(Young Avengers I#10) - Av-Rom and his Kree soldiers arrived on Earth to recruit Dorrek VIII, known as Hulkling. Av-Rom shot the Super-Skrull in front of Dorrek and his allies in the Young Avengers.
(Young Avengers I#11) - Av-Rom informed Hulkling that his father was Captain Marvel, then sought to recruit him. When Hulkling refused, Av-Rom ordered the militia to take him by force and a fight with the Young Avengers broke out. Av-Rom shot Hulkling with an energy weapon, then Super-Skrull hit Av-Rom with fire. Soon, war broke out between the Kree and a force of Skrulls over Hulkling, and the Avengers arrived to break up the fight. In a moment of anger, Av-Rom fired on Captain America, but the shot hit Patriot.
(Young Avengers I#12) - After a long fight, the heroes brokered peace between the Skrull and Kree by having them both agree to let Hulkling spend six months with each race, after which he would make his decision about his allegiance. Av-Rom departed with the Kree, not knowing that Super-Skrull was posing as Hulkling as he departed with them.
(Web of Venom: Empyre's End#1 (fb) - BTS) - Now Emperor of the Kree/Skrull alliance, Hulkling sent a group of Kree and Skrull soldiers to investigate why several planets had stopped communicating. Av-Rom joined Talos, Keeyah, M'Lanz, Tarna, and Ethan Edwards to investigate.
(Web of Venom: Empyre's End#1) - While investigating a ship, the group was overcome by the symbiotes of Knull. Av-Rom was killed as he screamed to the others.
