History:
(Spider-Man Magazine I (#16) - "Super Heroes & Villains" story) - Buzz was a superhumanly strong, insect-themed supervillain who battled foes such as Cyborg and Rocklord.

Comments: Created by Rubber Ducky.

Buzz is a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Super Heroes & Villains" (originally called "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain") section that ran in most issues of the magazine. In the case of Buzz, he was created by a (then) 13-year old who was only credited as "Rubber Ducky" from Kelvington, Saskatchewan, Canada. Due to Buzz's nature as a fringe character, there is no evidence to support Buzz's existence on Earth-616 but there is also no evidence to suggest he isn't native to Earth-616 either...

No origin was given for Buzz but I'm leaning more towards him being a tech-using villain, as his wings seem to be artificial to me. Plus, he wears a fullbody costume so I get the impression his powers come from the costume...

Buzz's physical stats were impossible to approximate, as he wore a fullbody costume that did not show his hair or eyes and he was never seen next to any character to allow an educated approximation...

Buzz appeared in the 16th issue of Spider-Man Magazine but later issues of the magazine did not have numbers, only seasonal dates (such as "Winter 1996" in Buzz's case). Later reprints of the exclusive comics from the magazine have given the issues numbers.
