CAZON
Real Name: Cazon
Identity/Class: Extraterrestrial (Froma)
Occupation: Unrevealed;
alleged former heir to the leading cartel of Chize
Group Membership: Tangers cartel
Affiliations: Formerly Jazinda, She-Hulk (Jen Walters)
Enemies: Jazinda, Kodor, She-Hulk (Jen Walters), Tanya and Larry Ryan
Known Relatives: The Tangers
Aliases: "Mork" (from She-Hulk), "young one" (from Kodor)
Base of Operations: Unrevealed;
perished in Allentown National Park, Pennsylvania, USA, Earth;
formerly the planet Chize, second from the sun in the Delee system, Milky Way galaxy (see comments)
First Appearance: She-Hulk II#25 (March, 2008)
Powers/Abilities: As a member of the Froma race, Cazon emitted gamma radiation at an unrevealed level. He has green blood.
He can levitate psionically, traveling at least perhaps a couple hundred feet in the air while carrying an adult male.
He possessed and could pilot a small interstellar craft.
He is also sufficiently skilled in flight to pilot a Badoon craft, which he had presumably never flown before.
Cazon was very arrogant with a sense of entitlement and believing his social status earned him respect. He did not value the lives of others, and he was willing to take hostages and/or murder others to further his own ends.
Height: Unrevealed (approximately 6'4"; he is WAY taller than Larry and Jazinda...I didn't see him directly pictured next to the 6'8" She-Hulk)
History:
(She-Hulk II#25 (fb) - BTS) - The alleged heir to the Tangers, the premiere cartel on the planet Chize, Cazon apparently secretly arranged the the deaths of dozens of people because they didn't support him.
His actions were apparently discovered...
(She-Hulk II#25 (fb) - BTS) - Fleeing from bounty hunters, Cazon hoped his ship's sensory apparatus would lead him to one of the Froma's colonies, but it instead locked on She-Hulk due to her gamma radiation emissions.
(She-Hulk II#25) - Cazon's ship entered Earth's atmosphere, and his ship's flight was observed by Allentown National Park campers Tanya and Larry Ryan.
Cazon's ship landed atop of She-Hulk and her bounty-hunting partner Jazinda's RV (recreational vehicle) as they were en route from New Jersey to Cleveland, Ohio in search of Bran Murphy (the host of the Celtic Bran the Blessed).
She-Hulk ordered the ship to depart and then punched it off when it failed to do so, but the ship then returned, slamming into her from behind and knocking her off the ship into the forest. Unharmed, She-Hulk then tore open the ship and was surprised to see a green humanoid alien within. Mistaking She-Hulk for one of the Froma due to her green skin and gamma radiation, Cazon begged her to show loyalty to her once and future leader. At the time having an emotional crisis that discouraged her from being heroic, the confused She-Hulk decided to leave him there. Recognizing the alien as a Froma, Jazinda (who is a Skrull) noted that was why they had some resemblance.
Cazon then introduced himself, noting that he was of the Tangers, the premiere cartel on the planet Chize, and that he was once an heir but now a hunted...but She-Hulk cut him off and tried to convince Jazinda to depart with her and leave him there, hoping to depart before whatever problem was Cazon's became theirs.
As Jazinda seemed more receptive, Cazon told her that he was accused of being a mass murderer and of secretly arranging the the deaths of dozens of people because they didn't support him. He claimed that he was being set up by his rivals who wanted him out, and told Jazinda and She-Hulk that hunters were pursuing him to drag him back home where he would be executed.
As She-Hulk and Jazinda argued about helping him or not, the Badoon bounty hunter Kodor snared Cazon around the neck with an energy lasso. Cazon's screams drew Jazinda, who zapped Kodor with her energy blaster and tried to urge Cazon to flee swiftly, as he would only be stunned. Indeed recovering quickly, Kodor assaulted Jazinda, but She-Hulk came to her friend's aid and punched back Kodor while instructing Jazinda to flee.
Jazinda and Cazon subsequently encountered the campers Tanya and Larry Ryan, and Cazon grabbed Tanya, announcing his intentions to use the humans as hostages or shields. Cazon ignored Jazinda's objections, and when Larry argued that he would not use his wife as a hostage, Cazon accepted this and instead broke her spine in his crushing grip, killing her. Clarifying that he had never claimed to be innocent, Cazon then blasted Jazinda -- using her own blaster weapon, which she had dropped when Kodor had assaulted her -- and left her for dead next to Tanya (see comments).
(She-Hulk II#26) - When Larry struggled against Cazon and argued that he would rather die and be reunited with Tanya than comply with him, Cazon blasted him in the shoulder, stomped on his head, and suggested that he display the respect one would expect from someone of his social level. However, since Larry had been so vocal, Cazon asked him if he had given him the choice if he would have sacrificed his life to save his woman. Larry confirmed he would have, and Cazon told him that he was an idiot for sacrificing self rather than others.
Observing Kodor's craft floating above, Cazon grabbed Larry and began levitating toward it, noting it to be the means of escape. Larry fought to escape Cazon, but Cazon punched him out, considering it amazing that Larry was fighting as if his life meant something.
(She-Hulk II#26 (fb) - BTS) - Cazon tied Larry to the front of Kodor's ship (using him as a shield to prevent the others from blowing up his ship) and began flying away.
(She-Hulk II#26) - She-Hulk convinced Kodor to throw her toward the ship (she probably could jump higher than he could have thrown her). After she struck the ship, Cazon attempted to lose her by flying into space. Realizing this would kill Larry, She-Hulk lost her grip and caught herself at the edge of the ship's rocket engine, and she swung her body into the engine, disabling it at great pain to herself. As the ship began to fall, She-Hulk freed Larry and leapt into the middle of a lake, while the ship crashed on its periphery.
Crawling from the ship, Cazon accepted being captured by Kodor as long as he spared him his stating of his litany of offenses. At that point, Tanya, whose body had been temporarily re-energized into life by Kodor with the goal of trying to gain answers, grabbed Kodor's weapon and threatened to kill Cazon for killing her. Not wanting murder to be the last thing Tanya did, She-Hulk stopped her, and Tanya subsequently discorporated. As Cazon mockingly noted She-Hulk heroically having saved his life, Jazinda shoved her hand through Cazon's chest, killing him and then noting that she herself was not a hero.

The Froma are one big, ongoing cheese joke. Fromage is the French word
for cheese. Casin is a type of Spanish cheese.
...although I'm not sure that Tangers has any cheese connection.
Maybe a reference to tang? A strong taste, flavor, or smell. I've seen
people talk about the tang of strong cheese.

I found Fromagerie De Tanger? Is Tangier in Morocco famous for cheese?
But...I think Loki is probably right.

I tend to think of cartel in terms of criminal activities due to the term drug cartel, but it is specifically a tight organization based on a formal agreement among commercial enterprises with conflicting interests. In economic terms, it is a group of independent market participants who collude with each other in order to improve their profits and dominate the market. It can also refer to an alliance between political parties or different governments.
Cazon actually killed Jazinda, but as she had consumed the Sy-Torak gem, it resurrected her from death.
Cazon was much more lean in configuration than the other other bulky
Froma we've seen.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Cazon should be distinguished from:
A small (perhaps 7-8' in diameter) one-person
saucer-like craft, it apparently could travel interstellar distances
and achieve warp speeds (or else he had used another craft to get
within range of Earth's star system). It apparently did not have a weapons system, but it could slam into a target with significant force. Although it definitely suffered damage, it did not shatter upon crashing into She-Hulk.
