History:
(Champions II#10 (fb) - BTS) - Mrs. Dawood was subjected to Terrigenesis and developed the ability to fly. When Hydra took over the government, many Inhumans were gathered up and placed into various camps and prisons around the country. Mrs. Dawood and her children were placed in Camp Echo-1, a town in New Mexico that had been set up as a place that could contain the Hulk. Among the guards was Jonas Green, a deadly robot who posed as a mailman. Mrs. Dawood found a young girl dressed as Ms. Marvel who called herself Kamala, and Dawood kept the girl hidden in her closet.

(Champions II#10) - Mrs. Dawood saw Jonas interact with Mr. Samalson, then Jonas executed two Inhumans (one who could fly, another who could change to a ghost form) for plotting an escape. The Champions arrived (Spider-Man, Brawn, Viv Vision) and defeated the robot guards, then prepared to liberate the hundreds of Inhumans inside. Mrs. Dawood chose to stay inside with her children, reasoning that they were well cared for and did not want to be fugitives from the law. The Champions used an illusion to hide Camp Echo-1 from the military briefly, then they left Kamala with Mrs. Dawood, promising to look for Kamala's parents.

Camp Echo-1

(Champions II#10 (fb) - BTS) - Decades ago, the government established a fake town, north of Albuquerque, where they could train operatives. Years later, Amadeus Cho helped S.H.I.E.L.D. design the base, Camp Echo-1, which would be capable of containing the Hulk, designed with technology and robotic guards to keep people within. Never used, Camp Echo-1 was retrofitted by Hydra to be an internment camp for Inhumans. Robotic guards included Jonas Green, and captives included Mr. Samalson, Kamala, and Mrs. Dawood.

(Champions II#10) - The Champions (Brawn, Spider-Man, Viv Vision) attacked the camp, fighting through the robotic guards and liberating hundreds of prisoners. The Champions used holograms to hide the camp from the military, but most of the Inhumans chose to stay in the city until the war was over.

"Ghost" and "Flying" Inhumans

(Champions II#10) - Two Inhumans, one capable of changing into a ghost form and another able to fly, were plotting their escape from Hydra internment camp, Camp Echo-1, but they were executed by Jonas Green, a guardian robot designed to look like a mailman.

(Champions II#10 (fb) - BTS) - Jonas Green is a deadly robot designed to look like a friendly mailman. He was placed at Camp Echo-1, an internment camp for Inhumans, set up by Hydra.

(Champions II#10) - Jonas said hello to Mr. Samalson and Mrs. Dawood before killing two Inhumans (one who could change to a ghost, another who could fly) for plotting an escape.

Kamala

(Champions II#10 (fb) - BTS) - A small Inhuman girl named Kamala idolized Ms. Marvel and liked to dress like her. Kamala was taken from her parents by Hydra agents and placed in an Inhuman internment camp, Camp Echo-1, where she was taken in by Mrs. Dawood and hidden in a closet.

(Champions II#10) - The Champions (Brawn, Spider-Man, Viv Vision) broke into the Inhuman camp and liberated hundreds of prisoners, including Kamala, who they called Kay affectionately. Though they initially helped Kay escape, the Champions ended up hiding the entire camp from the military, then most of the Inhumans there, including Kamala, chose to stay behind where they were safe and fed. The Champions promised to look for Kamala's parents in another internment camp.

(Champions II#10) - An Inhuman contained in Camp Echo-1, an internment camp in New Mexico, Mr. Samalson focused on taking care of his yard. He greeted mailman Jonas when he walked by.
