History:
(Hawkeye: Freefall#6 (fb) - BTS) - An unidentified demon made the acquaintance of Count Nefaria, who was not very happy with the ways things had ended between his daughter Madame Masque and the criminal Hood. After Nefaria had offered to assist the heroic Hawkeye in taking down the Hood, Hawkeye robbed the Hood's safety deposit box at Alethea Mutual Bank and paid Nefaria for assistance. Knowing the demon wanted to acquire the Hood's mystical cloak, Nefaria arranged for the demon to accompany Hawkeye to a confrontation with the Hood.

(Hawkeye: Freefall#6) - Secretly stowed in its smoke form within a duffel bag carried by Hawkeye, the demon was brought to the Hood's headquarters, where Hawkeye led the criminals assembled there to think the bag was filled with the Hood's stolen money. The Hood and Hawkeye fought a fierce battle but when the Hood gained the upper hand and opened the duffel bag, the demon was released. It immediately began clawing at the Hood's cloak and the Hood yelled for someone to get the demon off of him. Eventually, the Hood removed his cloak and crammed it into the duffel bag with the demon in tow.
