Powers/Abilities: Dog is a burly mutant with
peak human strength from a super-dense muscular frame. He has an
incredibly fast healing factor that further accelerates to counter a
repeat injury. His head houses his main brain and he has secondary
combat-focused brain in his chest. He generates acidic and poisonous
green
spittle that froths freely and which he uses as a weapon by short-range
spitting at a victim; its toxicity in the bloodstream is deadly.
Animalistic in nature, almost rabid, Dog is an
experienced savage brawler and has little self-control until he has
achieved his lethal objective. He also uses his fanged mouth to bite
into victims and kills mercilessly, even eagerly. He has four
digits, each with extended claw-like nails, on each hand, and has a
light covering of short fur-like hair over almost all his body. Dog's
feral nature leaves him isolated.

History:
(UltraForce II#7 (fb) - BTS) - In the 1920s, a pregnant woman was hit by a Jumpstart Effect, which triggered super-powers. This "ultra" gene was passed on via her newborn son and in turn his son, who would become the feral assassin Dog.
At one point, Dog was captured and
interrogated by covert organization Aladdin, whereupon his ultra heritage was discovered.
(UltraForce II#5) - Wanting to cover their tracks in
securing a likely presidential candidate to manipulate, the Metabio
organization sought out established wetwork assassin Dog living
homeless in Chicago and hired him to kill targets for a paltry
sum.
(UltraForce
II#6) - The candidate, Senator Robert Shine, was killed by a hidden
assassin (likely Veil). Metabio hired two ultras, Helen Volcano and
Whistler, to destroy Shine's corpse, then had those ultras targeted for
assassination. Dog took on Volcano, killing her young son first, before
biting her throat. Soon after, Shine's security agent Monaghan
(secretly having an affair with Shine's wife) was similarly killed by
Dog. UltraForce went to investigate Monaghan's residence and
encountered Dog, who attacked them savagely.
(UltraForce II#7) - The battle raged on and Dog's
incredible healing factor countered every attack while he brutalized
the heroes. Although Black Knight shouted for non-lethal force, several
UltraForce members saw that only death could stop Dog. Wreckage fired
his guns point-blank at Dog's head followed by Lament psychically
stopping the quick regeneration of his main brain. Topaz plunged her
charged staff into Dog's secondary brain in his chest. Wreckage then
vibrated that brain to destroy it as well, thereby killing Dog. Ghoul
used his powers to interrogate the corpse. The later fallout saw Black
Knight expel Wreckage, Topaz, Lament and Ghoul for their murderous
techniques.
