I#131) - Her claim to colonize Earth approved, Tana Nile addressed the
United Nations, announcing that all human laws and codes of contact
were abolished, and they would be governed solely by the will of their
empress: Tana the First.

Realizing some would not comprehend the power of the Colonizers and would resist her, she announced to the UN delegates that they would soon witness the awesome evidence of her complete supremacy.
Tana then unleashed the most spectacular device in the Rigellians' arsenal, the unbreakable Space Lock.

Tana demonstrated the Space Lock's power, presumably showing images of how she could pull Earth from out of its orbit or even the solar system:
She could transport Earth to the 24th Quadrant and force humanity to endure its relentless heat...
Or she could transport Earth far from the faintest rays of any sun, causing the start of a new ice age (see comments).

In the infinite Multiverse, every reality exists, and so even hypothetical situations, predictions, etc. represent some reality that exists somewhere.
In Reality-616, Tana had her claim to Earth approved and she was indeed given the power to control the Space Lock, but then Thor saved Rigel from Ego the Living Planet, earning the Rigellians' gratitude, and, in return, they released Earth from Tana's control and promised that Rigellians would never colonize Earth.
In Realitry-66831, we don't know what happened to Thor, maybe it just took a bit longer for him to earn the gratitude of the Rigellians...or maybe he was destroyed by Ego...and what about the rest of the heroes...or Dr. Doom...no one is going to stand for Earth being conquered thusly...maybe someone, someday, will re-visit this alternate reality. Or not...
We don't know whether Tana actually used the Space Lock to transport Earth to those locales or whether she just somehow showed that she could do so. You would think that those who doubted Tana's power would not have believed her if she just showed some holograms, etc.
