Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Edge of Intrados was a legendary dagger doused in hallucinogens that evoke visionary insight when somebody got cut by it. The dagger emits a strange glow while used suggesting some mystic properties.
History:
(Nightstalkers#11 (fb) - BTS) - The origin of the Edge of Intrados are
shrouded in mystery, but legends attributed mystical properties of
self-awareness to it. Science later suggested the dagger's blade was
impregnated with hallucinogens, which got into the users bloodstream to
evoke visionary insight.
At some point Blade (Eric Brooks) acquired the Edge of Intrados.
(Nightstalkers#11) - Blade put the Edge of Intrados through a cut on his right hand to receive a vision. After a tingling sensation along the cut Blade's mind was overcome by an agonizing vision while the dagger emitted a strange glow, which engulfed Blade. He relived his own birth, Deacon Frost's attack on his mother and saw himself delivered and lying next to something in sheets wet with blood. Frost stole the second bundle when he was scared off by Madame Vanity and her friends. Blade tossed away the Edge of Intrados to end his agony.
