History:
(Spirits of Vengeance I#2 (fb) - BTS) - Frank was a member of a Satan-worshiping cult in southern Indiana. During one of the cult's sacrifices, Frank assured the cult leader that the area planned for the sacrifice would be clear.

(Spirits of Vengeance I#2) - Frank stood by the cult leader's side as two other cultists brought a young woman into a pentagram drawn on the ground. When the leader remarked on how the cult would be rewarded for their sacrifice, demoness Satana appeared and remarked that she wouldn't count on that, prompting the leader to gripe at Frank for telling him the area would be cleared. As Satana joked about the cult's poorly-drawn pentagram, the leader ordered Frank and the other cultists to attack Satana. Satana immediately incinerated Frank and the other cultists, remarking that she would be happy to send them to meet her father.

    Yes that's a person in the second image. His features are just obscured by his cloak.

    Frank's eye color was impossible to determine, as his face was only briefly seen and when it was, it was partially obscured by the light of fire.
