History:
(Avengers III#32 (fb) - BTS) - Byron Frost was a lawyer working for the Maggia.
(Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe I#6 - Madame Masque) - He became a wealthy Wall Street financier, who was employed by Count Nefaria to divert his illegal gains into legitimate investments.
When Nefaria's wife died giving birth to his daughter Giulietta, Nefaria ordered Byron to raise her to give his daughter the respectability the criminal Nefaria lacked. Byron and his wife adopted Giulietta and renamed her Whitney.
(Iron Man I#8 (fb) - BTS) - Byron was an indulgent father, who sent Whitney to the best schools and provided her with all the advantages she needed to become part of high society.
(Iron Man I#8 (fb) ) - As a graduation present Byron gave Whitney tickets to Monaco where she spent the summer.
(Avengers III#32 (fb) ) - Whitney attended a dinner party with her wealthy father.
(Iron Man I#8 (fb) - BTS) - Whitney used her father's wealth to become part of the international high-society and eventually fell in love with Roger Vane, the son of another wealthy family.
Byron died when Whitney was in her early 20s.
